If you want your car in the best working condition take it to Star Auto Authority. They will fix what you ask them to and also tell you what needs to be done in the future. They gave me an itemized list of things that needed to be done to my vehicle. There was no pressure! They recommended doing one thing at a time to fit into my budget. Great Customer service & the establishment is immaculate! One of the biggest perks is the loaner car! Drop off the car for an oil change, hop into the loaner & run some errands while they work on your car! Star Auto Authority really is the best!

I’m very impressed with this auto repair shop. I found them on Goggle by chance, and went there based on the great reviews they have received. They have a state of the art facility, great customer service, and they do not overcharge. Eddy Jimenez was wonderful to work with. They’ve gained a customer for life.

Was told I needed new spark plugs and to replace my fluids. Came to STAR for a 2nd opinion. They gave me the CARFAX for free and revealed the spark plugs had been replaced just before I bought the vehicle and it was more likely my engine and cabin filters that needed to be replaced. Also 2nd'd fluid replacement but only COOLANT and TRANSMISSION which I had them do. Gave me a loaner in the meantime. Always great service. Peter is great. Highly recommend!
