I just moved to the area recently and was looking for a local shop to service my vehicles. This was my first time at the shop. Had yellow wrench light on 2010 Ford Explorer. Codes said random misfire. Changed plugs. Still wrench. Changed wires. Still wrench. Ken did some heavy research on Ford and found old post on issues with old displays causing false yellow wrenches.
Note original code p00300 is gone and AutoZone reader says no codes so Ken did fix the codes.
Need to decide if it is worth $500 for a rebuilt display.
Very happy with Ken's determination to fix an intermittent problem.
Very impressed with all of his customers opinion of the shop.
