My review was deleted/hid.
Do not stay at a hotel where they do not want you to see real reviews.
My review is for yesterday and today. They are refusing to give us our money back to us and to booking.com and told us that they do not care.
My husband and I showed up yesterday for our honeymoon and instantly was met with a strong moldy odor. We checked in and our room was wide open and window wouldn't close and an even stronger odor that caused my chest and throat to hurt. We walked down and complained and the front desk girl yelled at the maintenance worker who apparently did work and thought

My husband and I booked for 2 night stay and it was terrible. The pictures are misleading. It is very outdated and the sheets were dirty. In general it just did not feel clean at all. When asked for a refund they told us “the hotel wasn’t given the chance to fix the issue” which I think is ridiculous because I wouldn’t want to stay regardless of the issue being fixed or not. Hairs on the bed is not something you can “fix”. It’s gross and my husband and I just wanted to leave. Anyway, stay AWAY from this place, you’re better off somewhere else.

Prices in downtown Savannah were over $400/night for SCAD Day, so we opted to stay 10 minutes away at Iris Garden for $125/night The beds were comfortable, and the room lacked no amenity. The front desk was efficient and always available. Uber rides to downtown Savannah cost $12 +tip each way. The location is the only downside, but felt very safe.

Booked this reservation with HOTELS.COM. I was looking for a hotel to stay at during my visit in Savannah, GA. My search clearly indicated I wanted to be in Savannah. I was very disappointed when I arrived to find out it was located in another township called GARDEN CIITY across the road from abandoned railroad cars.... not SAVANNAH. FALSE ADVERTISING! !!!

Our stay okay. It's definitely not a luxury hotel. There was no daily shuttle or airport shuttle service as noted on their website, and no daily housekeeping available. The room was a little dusty, the bathroom exhaust fan was dirty and too loud, and the tub had a black stain in it. The location is convenient to the historic district. Several of the front desk clerks were helpful and polite, but one had a nasty disposition and should not be customer-facing.

ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! My wife and I spent $150 to stay there for one night with our two dogs. We left to go down town and about an hour later got a call saying that we had to come back and pay an extra $100 for the pups. Why didn't they tell us that when we first got there and signed in? Also, the hotel room had no A/C, no A/C in a building in the summer in GA is pretty rough. It took us about 2 hours to get anybody to do anything about the no A/C problem and it was taking $25 off the pet fee was all they did for us. Spend your money at a nicer place please

DO NOT EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! Here's our story.
Upon arrival, my husband and I walked in with our two dogs to check in. At the desk, we and multiple other guests were ignored for a while, until finally the lazy woman at the desk acknowledged us being there. During the process of check in, multiple people walked by commenting on our dogs, asking questions about their breed, etc, it was very clear we had dogs. While we were out in Savannah we got a call, hours later, saying they didn't know we had dogs, and we needed to COME BACK, fill out a dog form, and pay $100 more than the

The rooms are smelly!
Besides that, they were actually nice. I love the outlets next to the bed, I had a ton of options. The microwave and fridge came in handy!
The price and value was on point. My only wish is for the rooms to not be as muggy, it smelled like someone was smoking previously in the room.

Booked a trip to Savannah from March 18-22nd for my friends birthday and was so excited! COVID-19 happened and I called a WEEK before I was supposed to check in to cancel because well, the state was shut down. Asked for a refund and their manager was EXTREMELY rude and told me there was a no refund policy..... looked at my bank and they took the money out.. which doesn't happen until you CHECK IN normally. Called USAA to file a dispute, and a MONTH later, USAA told me today that the merchant aka this repulsive company, wouldn't comply with them and they needed to close the case.

If I could give this place a -1000 stars I would. Disgusting!! Room reeked of smoke. Mildew around the windows. Pink mildew on the shower curtain. Layer of dust on the coffee pot, not to mention unidentifiable grossness inside the coffee pot. Layers of dust on the light fixtures and telephone. Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine. Housekeeping didn't bother to collect dirty/used coffee cups. Think I'm just being harsh? 6 other coworkers stayed here and only 2 rooms were some what decent. Worst of all...one coworker literally had TOENAIL CLIPPINGS around the trash can. All were

This place is amazing. The entrance is tastefully decorated in minimal industrial style, impeccably clean. Luggage carts were thoughtfully placed next to the drive in doorway, eliminating any effort with luggage. A large, efficient elevator was just behind the check in desk. This created a seamless transition from my car to my room.
The lock gave way with a solid click, and the door opened with soundless heft. The muted aqua walls contrast with the dark mahogany furniture. An enormous closet with high quality wood hangers and shelves was to my left. Just beyond, a mini kitchen with fridge, microwave

Man....this hotel really didn't work out so well for my friend and I. We booked it expecting it to be close to the airport....it isn't. We booked it for the airport shuttle....the shuttle doesn't leave til after 9 am and was therefore useless. We booked it for free breakfast. Again, doesn't start till late in the morning, useless for us. The room looked like it was 'remodeled' in that they painted the rooms to try to make them look nicer, but that's about it. There's nothing around the hotel to do or to eat. Definitely don't see the point of staying

Doing the review based on prices and services provided!
Its located on a sketchy location, since I got there late was a little scared at first.
But despite the locatioon A honest review about this Inn is that they have a great customer service, all employees were really kind to us from the moment we arrived even tho we did a late check in around 2:30 am!
Rooms were pretty clean and well decorated. Would definitely consider staying over again in the future.
Breakfast was good and with a variety of options, and they serve fresh cookies daily from 6-6:30pm.
Overall regarding pricing "$240

I have to start off by saying that I really HATE having the give this hotel a 3 because it has EVERYTHING that I look for in a hotel (FREE breakfast, parking, internet, beer and wine, a swimming pool and just as a bonus free cookies).
Driving up to it and seeing that we were less than a mile away I was a bit nervous because the surroundings looked a bit sketchy. It wasn't the "hood" per se but just not what I'm used to when I come to Savannah. I was here just a couple months before and that time I stayed in the historic district. Nonetheless, having booked this trip the day

So, my review is solely based on the hotel itself, not the location of it. I booked this hotel about a month out as part of a road trip to go see the Total Solar Eclipse in SC. Since most hotels were either booked or overpriced in SC, I decided to stay a couple hours away in Savannah, since I had never been but had always wanted to.
Finding the hotel was easy, as there isn't a ton of buildings near it. The location was pretty industrial, and nothing was within walking distance. Most everywhere we went required us to get on the highway.
Back to the hotel. I loved the decor and layout
