He covers South Florida: Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties. Former GE purchasing agent and manager of the largest international pest control company, Marc obtained his own termite license in 1979.

Each home inspection is different. We will first talk about which inspections you will need, such as a home inspection, mold inspection, etc. We will also agree on the fee and a date and time. Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take from two to three hours.
Our job as your professional home inspector choice is to alert you to unknown problems and potential hazards in your current or potential house.
