It is a gorgeous property with beautiful landscaping and awesome amenities. Jovice, the manager, and her team are doing a great job, maintenance requests are always promptly catered to. I would love to give a special shoutout to Naza, the maintenance technician. It is our 5th year here, we love the community and honestly do not have anything to complain about!

I've lived here for nearly three months now and am very happy with Greendale! They did an excellent job getting the apartment ready for me to move in within a few days. The management has been very responsive and kind. I love our high ceilings and views out to trees plus the fact the apartment was updated in the last few years. Very glad to have found this spot.

Just under 3 months since I moved into the community. It has been wonderful times so far - the biggest motivation for us being the Patio space and the amount of sunlight that we get. We get it through the big windows in our bedrooms as well. The maintenance team along with the property manager Jovice has been very prompt, attending to / solving the issues I faced quickly. Last but not the least, We have an open air gym with weights and bench as well cycling machine for cardio - it is just a blessing in the current situation and it's very thoughtful of the property management team.

My family and I just started living in Greendale. Resident Manager Jovice is very professional and she made my rental paperwork very easy. She never missed my phone calls and is quick response to my e-mails during renting. Greendale has excellent community facilities like pool, fitness and dedicated fun places for kids. Greendale is beautifully maintained with gardens and waterfalls. Maintenance and resident services are fast and efficient. I had some issue in the bathroom and they fixed it fast. This is one of the best places to live.
