The leasing agent Natalie is horrible. she stood us up for our scheduled viewing, said that she called to notify us but that was a lie. then promised to call back to reschedule which again was a lie. we had to call back again days later to find out that she already rented out the unit without ever having the decency to notify us. if this is how management is even before renting the apartment, I can't imagine actually living there.
