The Dana Garden Apartments is a good place to live. The building is old but there are 2 floors only and a lot of flowers, trees and bushes around. The management is friendly and helpful. I like the neighbourhood there but the groceries and infrastructure are a little bit far away. I recommend this apartment if you like nature and don’t like the city. You can hear birds singing in the morning but the freeway is also near the apartment complex. From one side it is easy to get anywhere but from the other side it produces noise and dust if your unit is nearby. Also I like the unit inside. There are

The worst apartment you can ever live! I wanna give zero stars if I can. It basically created anger problem on me and before moving here I was a very happy, calm person. The family upstairs has so many kids and they run/fall all they. And seriously you have to live here to understand, I’m not exaggerating when they run, whole house is shaking. And at night they walk very loud ground is squeaking, you feel like that person will fall on you. I’m not even mentioning what we feel when they drag the furnitures(which they do very often I once woke up from my sleep at 3 am). You might also think why

Edit: I've been living here for 3 years and just signed another extension because my rent is still below market. I have one of the "Jr. One Bedrooms" aka a studio with a bookshelf divider. Pros: Bookshelf divider gives lots of good shelving space, 4 closets and a pantry. Pool and central courtyard are nice. Maintenance has always been very prompt responding to requests, my oven gave out in 2017 and they had a new installed in 2 days. Faux-wood panel floors beat carpet. Very close to the freeway and El Camino.

Good location, reasonable price, but PLEASE BEWARE! They have a hidden rule that if any of your roommates move out for any reason (loss of job, move to another state, death), you are not only getting kicked out as well, but also liable to pay for the rest of your contract. This is one of the most nonsensical requirements for any renters with roommates we've ever encountered. Make sure to ask this yourself.
