I made a reservation through a third-party site. There was then a miscommunication between the third-party site and the hotel. When I got there, Ruth at the front desk informed me that my reservation was canceled. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and though its was appropriate to yell at a customer. I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me that there was no one who could help me because the manager was on vacation. I asked her some details about the cancellation but she informed me she did not know. She had all of the information in an email (which I saw on the desk) and when I asked

My family of 5 stayed 1 night and was assigned a room #101. We would describe the night in a single word, Worst ever. We believe that this room shouldn't ever have rented to a customer. We stand all night due to "Elevator & Heater noise." It's literately more than you would imagine. The room wall is shaking and the noise never stopped.

Great hotel in downtown Sedona, the location was awesome and room was clean and had a nice balcony. Stayed for 2 nights, the continental breakfasts were nothing special but were good enough to get us through the morning. Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Sedona. (Stay was in October 2021)

We are in this place right now. The pictures are very different from this hotel under construction and in much need of it. You can hear everything thru the paper thin walls. And, to top it all off they are price gouging like every other hotel here in Sedona. It is also dirty in the hallways. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend this place.

Biggest issue?? BUGS. Whether they are bed bugs, fleas, “no-see-ums”, or mosquitoes - BEWARE. My husband’s feet and legs are covered in bites (I seemed to fare slightly better as I slept in socks). I’ve read a fair few reviews recently with guests claiming to have been bitten while staying here, only to be met by rude excuses by management in the replies. My suggestion to this hotel, if your hired exterminator says there are no bugs - HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. Too many independent reports of bug bites for this to be a coincidence…
Overpriced for what it is, but being in Sedona that’s to be

This is my first low 2 star review, here's why- horrible customer service, sub par rooms, and false advertising. We booked a mountain view room for our 6 year anniversary. When my boyfriend and I arrived we were told all the rooms have mountain views by the guy at the front desk. We told him we paid extra for booking the mountain view and asked if we'd be refunded the difference, he said no.
When we got to our room we were upset. Our room was on the back side of the building, not on the mountain side, and our only view was of the back parking lot fence wall, not what we booked for our romantic

This place is ... not great. First, it's old. Not in a charming way, but in a "will they ever put a new toilet in this place" way. The AC was LOUD, and also made a knocking noise all night. There is essentially zero counter space in the bathroom and no towel rack. They allow pets, and you can tell. They also don't make up your room daily.
It didn't smell bad or anything, but it didn't really have a 'clean' vibe (maybe just because it's old).
On the positive side, there are some decent restaurants within a short walk, ample parking and friendly

Cute little stay in Sedona. Near a lot of good restaurants and walking distance to many places. The pool was a good size and the fire pit area was a nice touch. The only downside was the AC. It didn't seem to work very well and room got pretty hot at night. Visit the wine place out in front of the Inn, super cute! Good food and good wine. Great place overall!

Pros:
At $200/night, it's one of the more affordable lodging options in Sedona. Location is central to the popular trails in Sedona (I.e. Devil's Bridge is a 7 minute drive). We were checked in by a friendly young lady who gave us a little bag of mixed treats for my dog. It's very dog friendly- almost every other guest we encountered had their four legged friend with them. There's even an enclosed grassy area for your dog.
Our room had a little balcony where we had a lovely view of the snow capped mountains. The bed was clean and comfortable. Due to COVID, breakfast is to

We chose the Andante Inn, and booked through for a lesser priced option in Sedona (where most things are pretty expensive). I was concerned it would be pretty shabby; but it was actually a great… experience! Although the rooms are fairly small; we were able to get a Roll-away-bed (had to really squeeze it in!)! I was surprised that we had a cute balcony with a decent enough view of some red rocks off in the distance! Parking was plentiful and easy. The lobby staff was helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was brown bag, due to Covid. The location was great, Gas/Grocery/McD's, and even

I've stayed here a few times and it is pretty hit or miss. This last experience was pretty bad. Came with family so we had 2 rooms. The AC in room 1 was not working after 1.5 days and failed repair attempts, we were finally moved to another room.
Their website charges a higher fee for a "view" room but this doesn't necessarily mean you get a nice view. It's either a view of the red rocks (which you want) or a view of the neighborhood behind the property (nothing special). We booked both "view" rooms and unfortunately only got to stare at people's homes/roofs

Came to Sedona for a wedding. We all stayed at Andante. Stayed here for 3 nights. The price was great. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. With the Covid regulations the breakfast was different. It was a brown bag with an apple, two granola bars, and a breakfast burrito if requested. The pool was nice, but definitely need some more umbrellas.
