The location was perfect, not far from supermarket and laundromat. The free breakfast was a bonus. I spent double the amount of money elsewhere and enjoyed the GreenTree Inn so much better.

Two stars for a two star motel. Not hotel - look it up. Plastic wrapped "burrito" and a microwave for breakfast. Soap in a pump on the wall that smelled like janitorial grade. No space for our stuff. Tiny bathroom. Etc.

Bathroom had black mole. Pillows were like sleeping on a rock. Orange juice at breakfast tasted awful. Service was not good. TV turned itself off every couple of hours and there was no way to get rid of this feature. Room is NOT worth the price/rate per night. All in all bad experience! Wish we could have chosen a better hotel. Cannot compare to Las Posadas, El Portal, Poco Diablo or many others.

Pros: easy drive(but not walk) to downtown Sedona. Good restaurants nearby. Basic, clean room. Good water pressure with nice hot water. Mini fridge and hairdryer. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Quiet.
Cons: our first night, my wife found hairs on both her pillows. Called front desk(as instructed) for clean ones. 20 minutes later, they hadn't been brought. Went down in my PJs. Clerk(young woman with glasses and short hair) just sitting there. Mumbled something about being "slammed" and "spacing". Didn't seem too concerned but did apologize. Breakfast not worth partaking, except

Room was everything you'd look for, clean, spacious, everything you needed. Due to covid wasn't much interaction with staff, didn't need room cleaned or anything and had extra supplies when requested. Breakfast was sufficiently done under the conditions, could have more variety with cereal though. Location is good also, would stay there again.

Room was clean and quiet. Basic older motel. Check in was easy. I did forget my bed pillow that I brought , it had a blue pillowcase so would stand out from hotel pillows. It took 3 calls over 3 days to get a confirmation it was found. Jessica has promised to mail it to me tomorrow. The breakfast was minimal.

This is probably the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I paid almost $400/night (I understand it’s expensive in Sedona) for restless nights. They gave me a room on the ground floor saying that they were fully booked. OK. They put a big group of young people (I guessed based on the amount of noises and the stomping) who would be running and moving furniture and dropping/throwing things onto the floor at 10:30pm every night on the second floor, right above my room. I called the front desk three times in two nights to complain but they only quieted down one time. Apparently the ceilings/floors

Green tree was conveniently located off one of the main roadways. The room was clean and well ventilated. A/c was very necessary during my summer visit. The breakfast in the morning is average for places that still offer them. Cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, etc. I appreciated having the option and I did partake for a nice morning snack.I didn’t have super high expectations but I was satisfied. And they were packed so I guess I’m not the only one. Can’t go wrong here.

Rooms were dirty and we had ants in the bathroom area. Window lock was broke so anybody could have gotten in. A member of staff tried coming into the room while I was showering. Free breakfast was pitiful. Staff rude.

They really pay attention to detail here. The beds have 3 pillows of 3 different firmnesses, they bake cookies in the afternoons and have them available for guests, little vases with fresh flowers adorn the… breakfast tables, the beds are made up beautifully, the towels are folded creatively just right, the pool is very nice, and all of the attendants are very friendly. 👍🏼

LIES!!!!! BRKFST 6-930 NOT!!!!!!
IS ONLY SERVED UNTIL THEY RUN OUT!!!
AND THEY DON'T EVEN MAKE ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE THE AMOUNT OF GUESTS THEY HAVE!!!!!
WE WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. ROOMS WERE… ICE COLD WITH NO HEAT OPTION and now NO BRKFST!!! WENT AT 830....BS
Half the reason we picked this place for our visiting family was to get brkfst and start our family trip with full belly and start seeing around Sedona since it's kinda close to everything. Ridiculous we have to go find brkfst now

Great hotel for the price we paid at the last minute, nice and peaceful and great views. Only thing I was unhappy about was the time and space of the free breakfast. But overall was very pleased with my stay.
