Hands down one of the nicest hotels I've been to. The staff is generous and so kind. Everyone there is so accommodating and want to make you feel at home. My kids fell in love with the place and especially with Brian the receptionist who sat with us and told them stories. I only have praises for the place and the staff. Truly remarkable people.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed two nights andit was really wonderful. First the staff checked us in and helped us locate parking right next to our room. The room was HUGE. There as enough space to square dance. I paced it off and calculate that it was about 37 feet from the entry to the back wall.
All the usual ammenities, and a fridge. very clean and comfortable.
The fresh fruit at the check in desk was nice.
The breakfast was the usual goodies, and something different cooked up each day, for a nice change.
In the facr back of the parking lot is a small gated park. Nice pathways for walking

This place was a lot of fun. The rooms are large, comfortable, had a balcony, fireplace and tons of storage. They are a step above pet friendly and I would call them Pet Family. There is a really great dog park in the back. The breakfast is good, they do change a few things up, wish they had bacon at least one day I was there though. Housekeeping did well but you have to request it because of covid. good parking and only a short drive to uptown or olde town. The reception staff is outstanding, helped with any questions we had and provided treats to our friends dog.

I love this place. The rooms were comfortable and had one of the best beds I've ever slept on. The "creek" running through the complex was a charming touch. There was a large pet area that was great for the pup we brought. Plenty of close parking is always a plus.
The personnel were informative and very friendly. The lady at the breakfast buffet was a real sweetheart. Plus, when we checked in, we were given a list of restaurants with some good recommendations.
Will I stay there again? Definitely.

False advertising..the rooms are run down and dirty , the breakfast not edible ..do not stay here under any circumstances
front desk did not inform us that rooms are not cleaned daily ...room shakes every time a door is closed ..a total ripoff for the rates charged

Wonderful Pet friendly hotel with their own private dog park and family picnic area. Fresh hot breakfasts daily. On-site events each night whether live music or morning yoga.
Best of all the staff. The most… helpful, patient, friendly, accommodating folks around. And your dog gets a special greeting too. 🐕

Super nice and clean! The breakfast was really good and worth waking up early for! The 1 star deduction has nothing to do with them but the area. Some folks threw a drink at me as I was walking down the main street in broad daylight. Luckily, the container missed and I was only splattered with specks of chocolate milk. Not nice Sedona!!

If you are looking for the best customer service, dog friendly and a hearty breakfast in an excellent location, look no further. Crystal and the other lady at the front desk, Angel, the kitchen staff: Eusebia… and the nice gentleman behind the counter, were so kind and welcoming. We appreciate you and highly recommend this establishment. They have the most amazing dog park in their property (a whole acre!!!!) so clean and well maintained. thank you, until next time.

It is located just outside of the city center which made it easy for getting in and out to the national parks and tourist locations in the general area. My traveling companion and I spent two nights in one of Sedona Real Inn & Suites' 1.75 suites, and it was a very happy experience for both of us. The front door of the suite opened up onto one bedroom area. Behind that was a short hallway that opened up into a nice living room area with a gas fireplace. The second sleeping area was a bedroom next to the living room, with a door. All three areas had ceiling fans in addition to the air conditioning, which I appreciated. They let us check-in 2 hours early which we really appreciated because we had 4 tired kids with us. We had the double queen room with sleeper sofa and it was perfect for our family size. We loved how nice the room was and having a fireplace was a great bonus! Lots of storage, large bathroom vanity and loved that we had a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly and gave us great advice on things to do. We loved our stay and would definately stay again!
