Services
To be a State Certified Inspector a number of requirements and standards need to be met to be called certified. Recommend using a certified inspector. As lead inspector and president of Coastal I bring over ten years experience in investigation, renovation and construction experience to the company.
We are also able to offer energy asessments and energy loss consultations simply by scanning the exterior and interior of the home. Let us pinpoint the area of repair rather than costly explorative construction. Not only do our digital reports offer easy to read details on the condition of the property they also provide photos showing the condition of the property at the time of the inspection.
The Standard Home Inspection can take from 2-3 hours and covers the home from the basement/ crawl space to the attic and roof. We inspect all the major components of the home to include the electrical panel, heating and cooling systems, interior, kitchen, appliances and much much more. Commercial Building Inspection and Multi Unit Residential Inspections will inspect as much or as little as our client requests.
