Services
We believe that knowledge is power. Our inspectors complete a minimal of 24 continuing education credits each year. These classes keep us informed on new building techniques, new defect issues that affect homeowners nationwide. We are honored to have our inspectors achieve the accreditation of Certified Master Inspector.
These inspections are done for insurance purposes and may be required for older homes before insurance polices can be written. These inspections should not replace a complete home inspections. Florida passed a law requiring insurance companies to offer their customers discounts and credits for existing building features and home improvements that reduce damage and loss from wind.

Our inspections typically take between one to three hours, depending on the type, size, age and condition of the home. We provide a verbal summary of our findings when we have completed the field work.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing an inspection. I had a deadline for a 4 point inspection within a few days and Inspect It Right came to my home promptly at my convenience. They are very professional and advised me on any issues that needed my attention. The report was sent to me quickly and I forwarded it right away to my homeowners insurance company. Glad I found them and will be using their services for now on!

Cost us 25000 in repairs when he missed roof leak and moisture damaged walls. Then 2 days after closing the ceiling fell on bed. We should have asked for our money back. But our friends warned us to go with a more thorough company. Get another opinion if these people inspect

David with inspect it right along with the termite company imperial pest prevention did an awesome job doing a home inspection for some of my family members. They are elderly so they had me look at the reports for them. Excellent quality, detailed information, and easy to understand. Top notch reports and communication. If I am in ever need for a home inspection I know the companies to go to.

I has the please of working with David, WOW what an amazing experience! Home buying is stressful enough and working with David made the inspection process smooth and easy. I have used the company twice now and on the first home David found within the first few minutes problems that were unacceptable for me and my family to live in. This fellow is top notch. He arrives EARLY, ready to go....imagine that in Volusia county.
Very personable and willing to explain things in language we all can understand. We used him twice. The first time he actually stopped the inspection after about 45 minutes and told us he felt bad about taking our $ and recommended we stop due to the large amount of issues he'd already found. SERIOUSLY, a contractor that shows up early and has ethics....I think it must have been a dream......
He did not charge us for that day. Soooo, we found another home and ,of course, called him to inspect. Same thing

I am a 23 year old first time home buyer and the house i purchased was a foreclosure so i was very nervous about any defects from being empty for a long period of time. I called every inspector in town and they all gave me the same price except David who was $100.00 under everyone. So i went with him and it was a great decision! David arrived a hour early and was already working on the outside. He also had the pest inspector there so there was no waiting around and wasting time. David checked my house from top to bottom literally. From crawling under the house to walking on the roof there was not
