Step 1: Your qualified home inspector will arrive and perform a thorough inspection following are strict standards of practice. Step 2: After we perform our inspection we will personally explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent.

We use advanced FLIR Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology to find heat-related deficiencies such as water-intrusion behind walls, missing insulation, overloaded circuits, and leaking air ducts.These deficiencies, a lot of the time, would not be detected with the naked eye. A mileage charge may be applied to inspections located more than 20 miles from our main office in Ormond Beach.

I recently had Tracy perform two home inspections for me. He was very prompt, reliable, and professional. The first house had some major hidden issues in the attic space. He saved me from buying a hazardous money pit! Within a couple of weeks I found another place in the same neighborhood, and Tracy did another thorough inspection. He is a good communicator, and talked to me about things that he found as he went along. In both instances, he got the written report to me in a very short amount of time. I contracted Tracy to inspect a house I was interested in. His inspection was thorough and complete. His report was easy to read and had pictures to show the points of the report. I ended up not buying that house, so when I found another, I had him inspect it. This inspection was just as complete as the first one, and I am buying this house!

Tracy helped us with our full Home Inspection for our first home purchase (actually did another one on a house we decided to not buy due to his findings :)). Do yourself a favor a hire C&H Home Inspections.
