In 2015, I suffered significant injuries as a result of a motorcycle accident in which I was not at fault. I was referred to Mr. Van Eman from my grandfather, and let me say I was NOT disappointed. Mr. Van Eman really worked hard for me and my case. I was treated extremely rudely from a lawyer at this firm. Was not willing to even give me some basis why they wouldn't help! I would be surprised if you were not ever sued. I essentially asked for help, by explaining my situation. It wasn't given consideration. Their company policies were described on the web site, which was not how this lawyer treated me. Basically he rushed through not listening to my concerns. I feel this firm is archaic in its thinking. I'm sure they won't litigate any concerns to help people further life in a legal atmosphere. This firm is ridiculous.

I had the misfortune of dealing with an insurance company that tried to string me along for several months when my vehicle was stolen and destroyed, I felt that I was being treated unfairly by them and felt helpless .
