Paternity is an important concept that often comes up when discussing legal matters that involve children. For example, before you can pursue custody or visitation rights as a father in the state of Ohio, you must first establish paternity. Likewise, a mother cannot ask for child support from a child's father until paternity has been verified legally.
One of the most misunderstood areas of family law is the value that prenuptial agreements can have for couples who want to be on the same page before entering into marriage. Learning about these legal instruments from a knowledgeable attorney can help you make wise decisions and bring much-needed peace of mind.

By far the worst people in the world to deal with!
They do not awnser any calls or emails from you and nobody is available ever 1st thing they should of checked to see if my ex had communicated with them they didn’t and after giving a $5000 retainer without going to court and just filling a few motions they only owe me $200 Linda was supposed to be my attorney who I’ve never met and had 1 brief phone call with I did meet her husband twice and who’s and his specialty is not domestic relations so he gave me all kinds of wrong advice and filed old forms and wrong paperwork idk how these people

I scheduled a consultation. The receptionist called the morning of to confirm the appointment. I confirmed. She called back a couple hours later to ask if I could do the appointment by phone instead of in person. I said ok. Never received a call. I called the office 30 minutes after the appt time and they told me someone would call soon for the consultation. Never got a call back.

When I first started with them I asked for a woman to represent me. They said ok and the male attorney showed up instead. I felt a woman would be better equipped. They agreed but did not honor their agreement to provide a woman who obviously was available. The guy just kept telling me how lucky I was to have great attorneys working with me now and bringing up money even while we were at court. Their billing practices are outrageous. They care about their clients only if they are rich. They have people who are not attorneys do their heavy lifting, charge you an insane amount and will barely answer
