This place is the best spot to live and by far the best apartments of lafayette and west lafayette combined ive always said you get what you pay for and this place is worth every penny huge units with modern style and open concept kitchens with granite countertops walk in showers etc you name it this place has it will live here until I find our dream house or we build our own house.

Pretty solid spot to live. I moved in based on pictures back in June since there were few places with open space, and the place did not disappoint. I live in one of the smaller units with one other person and we have plenty of space to coexist comfortably. Packages come to a parcel room which makes getting packages crazy easy. No bug issues (a major one for me after a previous not great apt experience). There are a lot of garages available, but definitely get on the wait list asap, they’re hot commodity and the complex is full. Definitely glad we scooped this place up as quickly as we did.

Hands down the best property I've lived in during my time in Lafayette. The apartments are new and fantastic. It is a short drive to downtown Lafayette and West Lafayette. Being next to 65 makes any travel a breeze. All of the maintenance requests (which have been few and far between) have been handled quickly and professionally by Josh. He is without a doubt the best maintenance tech I've had the pleasure of working with. The management team is always quick to respond, they are very kind, and always helpful. I've lived here for 4 months now and the only reason I'm leaving is because I'm building a house. I looked at over a dozen properties in both West Lafayette and Lafayette and I'm so glad I chose Overture Flats. I wanted clean, new appliances and quiet so that I could study and work. Not only is the apartment fantastic - comfortable, new, and quiet - my pups LOVE the dog park. The community managers are so nice and responsive and genuinely care about you. They go out of their way to help you. And the maintenance crew is AMAZING. They fix anything and everything asap and are so sweet about it. They

Toured several places in Lafayette and I must say... at the end of the day, this place STOOD OUT from the pack. Ashley was SO HELPFUL and gave us all the information that we needed to make a decision. She took the time to show us all of the amenities and seemed to care about our move. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhood and floorplans. Unfortunately I cannot say that about anyone else we met with in the area today, which is so unfortunate. Kudos to Ashley for providing a great experience! Clubhouse was beautiful, grounds very well kept, and the model we saw was clean, comfortable
