The Village At Gray's Lake

Absolutely amazing. Clean, modern, pet friendly, amenities such as paid utilities, free wifi, rec room, lobby area is huge, party room, laundromat services that are controlled by an app on your phone, management is awesome and everyone is super friendly!!!

Zach is such an awesome manager, communication is amazing and he is very easy to talk to and understand, always has an awesome attitude and eagerness to solve any and all problems.

Highly recommend living here! The manager is absolutely amazing about getting back quickly when we had any questions or concerns. There is a nice area on the main floor where you can play pool or watch TV and everyone is very friendly!

I originally moved in here expecting to be here 3 months, I have now been here over a year. There are so many great things about being here. First I love the all inclusive of rent and utilities. One of my favorite things is how the manager tries to do so many things to build community between residents. He frequently has fun get togethers in the commons area such as wine and cheese one evening, he has holiday get togethers or fun craft things that residents can participate in. He does fun contests for example for Halloween he is doing a door decoration contest, he never forgets our fur babies and

Absolutely wonderful place to live! haven’t heard my neighbors at all, people are friendly in the hallways, lots of parking for tenants and guests, i could go on and on about how much i enjoy living here. would recommend checking the village ojt :)

The Village Apartments has been a wonderful experience. Aside from the paid utilities and ability to rent a furnished apartment, Zach and Joel have made me feel welcome from the moment I drove into town. Thank you for being accommodating as I needed a place to rent at the last minute! Zach gave me detailed instructions and sent video of my rental space! He answered every annoying question I asked in a timely manner! And a big thank you to Joel for coming in after hours to give me the keys to the apartment and show me around. You guys are the best! 🙂

While I don't live at The Village at Gray's Lake, I have visited a friend and stayed in their guest suite on several occasions and have had an amazing experience each time. It is comfortable and modern and everyone was delightful to interact with. Property manager Zach is especially friendly and helpful. I have nothing but praise!

I LOVE our new apartment at the Village at Grays Lake! The property manager, Zach, made the move in process streamline and easy as can be! Moving is such a stressful time, I’m beyond grateful that we have a property manager that’s diligent and straightforward. The building itself is super cool and very quiet! Ideal for pet owners!!
