I would like to share my review with google this New Year about court avenue lofts. The management team is very consistent, patient & understanding. *Resident Portal* is what i appreciate the most. You can enjoy good food, long/short walks, and the 24 hour fitness room is all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s. If you enjoy the nightlife scenery Court Avenue Lofts is a great location. All units Walls are soundproof and neighbors are friendly. Highly recommend 🤗

Such a wonderful atmosphere walking in and Brittney the manager only makes it better. Brittney was understanding, kind, helpful, and all around a great time to work with. Additionally, Brittney was available and actively wanted to help in anyway; whether it was helping us understand income restricted housing, or matching us with a apartment we were searching for. The apartments that Brittney showed were absolutely beautiful, and we hope to move in soon!

First I want to say how easy it was to get through the process and get everything I needed to move in. Brittany and Kelly in the office are the best.
The loft itself is just what I wanted and everything I need here is on site or close by.
The place was real clean and like new when I moved in. Everything was great, thanks so much!

If I could give Brittany a higher review I would. She is a rockstar manager and is the BEST one I have worked with during this current move, and all previous managers I have had before. Even from the first day, we were standing outside and decided to try and see if anything was available, she was able to help us not even a minute later to get everything started. Not only communicating between all of her properties and answering questions we had for each, she was also very informative and helpful in working on the application process with us.

Love Court Avenue lofts!!! When I first toured the place Tracey gave me a lot of information, how it would be during the day and weekends(since I was new to downtown DSM living) and is such a great person, friendly and funny!! Would recommend!!! There were a few issues that happened but it got resolved within a day of happening which was super quick.

Still waiting for my 350 dollars as deposit I didn't sign the agreement they are claiming that the 350 can't be refunded its been redeemed that doesn't make any sense those wanna play games with my money worked so hard for it. They are just a Scam and wanna take your money and lied the 3 floor on video instead I got 2 floor with no dryer and washer claiming that if I sign agreement I will get the unit hell nah want my money back this will be reported to BBB if I don't get my money back.
