Quickly coming up on living here for two years and Love it. Neighbors are nice, convent location and great internet available. The few issues that I have had regarding maintenance are quickly fixed, even during COVID-19 and apartment is well furnished with stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher and good sized refrigerator.
Main library, multiple places to eat and a couple of places to pick up groceries and other necessities well within walking distance. Those that ain't within walking distance public transportation is easily accessible.
No plans to move anytime in the near future.

This place has gone down hill. The manager has no clue what she is doing and it seems as if they are just trying to fill apartments and don't care who they fill them with. It constantly smells of weed. My parents have lived here for about 3 years and it has taken a dive. We tried reaching out to the manager several times but it seems the office is always closed and no one is there. My mom is scared to go out of her apartment by herself. We can't wait to get them out of here.

Here are a few things I dislike about living here. 1.) No online payment system. especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. When you have an apartment full of individuals with disabilities or medical conditions that make them high risk for getting the virus an online payment system would make it easier for them to pay rent without the risk of going to a store for a money order.

Great staff and maintenance crew. I had a couple minor issues come up and they responded quickly to take care of it.
Being on the skywalk is awesome this time of year, I can get to Walgreens without getting into the humid summer heat and will like it more this fall and winter when the rain and snow comes.
Apartments are nice and we'll equipped.
