As a cleaner who worked for the woman who runs this, I am telling you to never, ever come here. The woman way, way, way underpays and constantly complains about the work, whether she has great cleaners, or ok ones. She does not provide gloves, so we use the same hand surfaces to clean the toilets as we use to clean the counters and sinks, and be cause there is no time to wash handsthe work, ab

Pros: Close to the YMCA gym. Maintenance man responds to issues in apartment within 24 hours.
Cons: poor management company with extremely slow response time to issues. Garage door is broken EVERY month for days at a time. First floor is a daily rental hotel type situation which results in a constant flux of random people in the building. These people have set off the fire alarm/sprinkler system in the middle of the night, leave beer cans in the hallway, and generally have no respect for the renting tenants. The package concierge machine is broken so mail sits unsecured in the hallways. Building

Location is great. Pictures look nice. Do not commit until you have been to the building in person. Floor shakes as the city bus and drag racers drive by. You can hear your neighbors normal conversations and everything else. Dogs bark when people enter the halls. The aromas in the hallways are not pleasant. We had little control over the temperatures in the apartment. Even with furnace off it was 70 degrees, could not control the fan, turns on to help circulate the air. Looks so much better than it is. Be careful!

New management through Newbury Living is unprofessional, and unwilling to resolve issues being brought to their attention. Would not recommend. Walls are thin, you can hear everything in this building that is less than 2 years old- I’ve lived in many apartments and have not had this big of a problem with noise. P.S. definitely don’t pick the apartment next to the community room.
