Our two bedroom, one bathroom floorplan offers a unique combination of spaciousness and privacy. The large kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The dining area, just off the kitchen, is open to the living room and spacious enough for a full size dining table. The centrally located bathroom is convenient to both residents and guests.
Our three bedroom, two bathroom apartment homes are among the largest in the Daytona Beach area! Enter through the apartment through the spacious living room/ dining room combo. The kitchen is appointed with full size appliances, plus a laundry closet! Access the private balcony through the kitchen or the adjacent dining room.

I've only been here 3 months so far so I can't comment on much just yet ... but I just wanted to stop here an leave a review for one of the maintinence guy's. Anthony is super nice, very outgoing, personable and professional. Whenever I need something fixed at my apartment it's fixed quickly an that means a lot!

They don't clean up here or hold residents accountable for keeping the breezeway and stairs dirty with cups, empty cologne bottles, beer bottles, etc. If you have a mold issue or pest control they don't inform you of what's going on, they just keep coming out. No preventative care. Watch your accounts as they have a tendency to overcharge. More than one neighbor had that issue. Noise complaints go unanswered. It always smells like weed in the apartments. Only ONE garbage dump for the whole apartment complex. Good Luck.

It may sound bias since I used to work out there, and I may disagree with some things, but the property is gorgeous and you won't find better for the price. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Judy is a great manager and will go above and beyond to make her residents happy. She doesn't get enough recognition and I wish more people would thank her for all she does instead of scream at mild inconveniences. The maintenance staff are all-stars too. It's a big property and they break their backs to get work done ASAP. It's a great place to live, I don't think anyone would regret it.

I’m in a tight situation and I needed to move immediately. I’ve been waiting for four days to hear back about my application. They told me that they had to check my income and it would take 24-48 hours. Then at the fourth day I get an email to send in paperwork. I called to see if the apartment is still available and they told me that it was leased!!!! And I specifically asked, before I did the application if there were in applications already in for the apartment and they said no. So how did that even happen??? I’m very very disappointed because I really need to move. This is literally the

I love this property. Great price for all that's included. Cable, water, trash, and pest control is all included in my rent. The apartment is huge! 3 bed 2 bath with walk in closet in the master. The landscaping is lovely! They keep adding more plants and flowers all over the property and it is beautiful. This place is also located on the river with a nice park to walk my dogs and sit by the river and read a book. I can also toss my yoga mat down and practice with a beautiful view of the river and wild life. So wonderful to see the dolphins swimming by and playing chase. It is very Serene and peaceful
