I moved to Onshore when the property first opened. The property was managed by a previous company who did not hold their staff or residents accountable. I would go weeks without receiving a phone call or email back. Since the management has taken over I have received amazing service. I recently moved and have been working one on one with Megan. She has be ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She returns my calls, offers realistic/honest advice when dealing with roommate issues, and is very tentative. This process has the potential to be extremely stressful and working with Megan has eliminated all of that stress

Good afternoon,I just feel that a lot no communication has been a problem with certain things that I have issues with. When I called to try to ask questions no one seems to have answers for anything and calls were not returned it was very frustrating with my son first year renting. Not a great experience ! But when rent was due that’s a different sorry. Money that’s all that matters!

Major major flea problem I have no pets. Initially my roommate had a dog but when she took her to the vet the dog had no fleas bc my roommate kept up with her flea and tick treatments however we had fleas all over. All 3 of us were getting eaten alive at night. Finally when it came time to fumigate they charged my roommate for the fumigation since she was the only one that had fleas. This dilemma causes my roommate to break the lease and leave although she still had to pay for the fumigation. Fast fwd to more than 4 month later (NOW) I'm still actively finding fleas in my apt. Worst apartments for college students . Made me move out of my apartment last minute so different people can move in my unit after I renewed . They walk in your apartment whenever they want to . The new unit I moved in has fleas and I don't have a Dog , been waiting forever for them to get pest control out . Workers in the officer never can help with anything . My bill gets higher and higher every month with no explanation. 0 stars would not recommend..

Worst customer care I've ever experienced. I worked with the Onshore Leasing Office over the recent summer and saw first-hand how disorganized, uncommitted, and half-effort everything was. The only reason I'm not putting a 1-star review is because the maintainece staff (only 2 of them) work tirelessly to complete the work that is assigned to them. They are also the only full-time employees there, and have been for months. As we speak (1am for me) there is a party happening in my building, for the 5th night in a row! They will not consider your voice as a resident and will not follow through on

Onshore is extremely poorly run. Management will straight up stop talking to you or returning calls if they determine you are in the right. My apartment was trashed, there was a pet that wasn't disclosed, and overall property neglect was visible. The office is understaffed, packages are missing, and the only decent thing is the exterior aesthetic.
Management including the corporate office is dismissive, does not give a concern of the health and wellness of their residents, and have not returned my rent, and have continued taking my rent for 9 months.

This is literally the worst apartment complex you could be at. They bribed us with 500$ and a free TV just to sign a lease. I couldn't use the pool unless I had on the wristband?? My electricity bill was always higher than my room mates for whatever reason, I got charged twice for electricity in the same month for the same amount. The community sucks and is super trashy. People do burnouts in the parking lots, lots of drugs, incompetent management, always active police arresting some goons, etc. The walk ways are stained and there is litter everywhere and there is often just vomit on the ground

I would give less than one star if I could. They are the worse apartments in Daytona. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT let your college student live here. They are forcing my son to move with no notice into another unit after he lived here for a year. I could write a book of all the other issues, but this was the final straw! So much for loyalty of renewing your lease. Kick them out when they cause no problems and pay on time every month. So that other people who haven't lived there can take your apartment. Trust me he won't be staying again.

I absolutely love onshore. The property is so beachy, the amenities are clean and unique, and my apartment itself is so bright and fun. I don’t know if i will ever be able to move out. I feel everyday as if I’m coming home to a resort on vacation. Thank you staff for making my stay so incredible- especially Bailey!!

First I'll say the apartments are nice, reasonably well constructed, and it's a convenient location. It has a nice pool. It has a putting area for golf. It has a nice outdoor area with a hammock, tables, outdoor grill. Some of the workers are polite, pleasant but when they need to up the chain, "forgettaboutit" in actually getting a response.
However, here is the issue - never have I ever seen poorer customer service from the on-site team, specifically literal non-response to raised concerns.

Attractive, clean, and modern apartments. The amenities are also great, and the calm atmosphere is perfect for me or anyone else just trying to finish their studies. I am originally from New York City, with a background in 4 diamond resort hospitality as the chairman of the safety board, leaving me well-seasoned when it comes to great customer experience. The team of women in the office and at the front desk are all extremely helpful and clearly prioritize safety (which is important seeing as the predominant tenant demographic are students.) One of the amazing places I have stayed during college. This community has all the amenities like study rooms, computer labs, gym, swimming pool, arcade games(free) and much more a student requires to get through the stressful year and relax while having free coffee. The staff is very helpful and will be there for you whenever needed.
