I moved here 9 months ago, staff are very friendly especially Ms. Katie !! I love my apartment I just wish I’m downstairs so I can BBQ and have my little space outside. Big living room I just love the setup.The only problem i have is my downstairs neighbor, very loud music which bothers me if I can feel the bass when I’m trying to relax or watch my movie then that’s too freakin loud! The smell of weed is TOO MUCH, I can’t even sit outside and enjoy my drink.

I am going on year 3 of living in these apartments and I absolutely love it here!! The staff are so friendly and personable. Anytime I have a question or need something fixed they are quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to the beach!! The residents are also awesome. I love my neighbors and we have a great relationship. The price is affordable and includes a lot. Do I wish I had a washer and dryer in my apartment? Yes, but I am thankful the apartment complex has washers/dryers on site to use. I honestly couldn’t picture myself living anywhere else. Such an awesome place to live

Just moved here three months ago. To make a long story short. I just paid my rent on Thursday February 4th 2021. Now I understand if you are late it's a 100 dollar late fee. When I went to the office to give the apartment manager my money order she signed it for me and she told me that she will waiver my life. I ended up meeting with her again yesterday Friday February 5th 2021. She gave me this paper that she told me that she was supposed to send to my apartment. But she end up catching me by the mailbox area. she told me that the paper she was giving me was the fee for he pest control and we

My husband lived here for about 5 years before we were married, in which we have been living here together for 2 years now. In the past 2 years, management has changed and this is why it receives 5 stars...old management would have received 1 because there were never any accommodations to make our place feel like home...(I could post many more details but onto the positive...) NOW, we were offered to move to an updated unit after our old unit had some issues. Before that, we were offered to upgrade our appliances in the old unit, so that it felt like home. Maintenance are hands on, handy & accommodating

I was in the process of applying for these apartments until the leasing agent telephoned me and asked for my bank statement. I am not applying for a subsidized unit so I was unsure and she could not be clear as for her reason in asking for a bank statement. She repeatedly said it was to verify my employer is actually depositing my paycheck and it is was mine. Well, then you should ask for ID. I have a Drivers License, and Passport to prove my identity. Absolutely not! I cancelled during our conversation. I was approved for apartments that cost $1600 and did not need to go through any hoops. I have

I lived here for almost 2 years. I hardly had any issues. And when an issue happened it was handled very quickly and professionally. It has received new management staff and they are doing an amazing job on making this place the best it can do. Very friendly staff. Marina Vista has got a lot better since new staff was introduced.
It is apartment living however and it’s not going to be perfect but for my experience I would definitely rent there again and recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check them out.
