I just want to say that from the beginning Shaneka has been a big help with everything. She is super patient and available and eager to help anytime you call. I’ve been here for almost a month and haven’t had any complaints. This complex is a well kept friendly environment with everything you need within walking distance! I hope to make this my home for the next few years.

We only been here almost a month and we have no issues. Very reasonable and if you have any issues Ms shaneeka or Andrea will try there best try and resolve the issue. I been a philly girl all my life so with all the killing going on it was nice for a change of scenery and I'm a mother now so I got to think about her future. Dont get me wrong philly not that far away from family and friends interstate 95 is literally 5 mins away.

I understand they are in the hospitality service and sometimes people can be a bit much. But they are nasty to you even when you are kind. The building where I stay has had one washer since the summer and no dryers since late 2020 they claim they ordered new ones in January but here it is October and still we have nothing and they said we just have to wait in the summer it was actually 93 degrees in my building and they said it was nothing they can do they maybe able to give you an ac unit but claim you can’t have a window unit and then when you do find an acceptable one to use they don’t give

If you can avoid living here, do so. The unit itself is not bad. There was plenty of space and plenty of storage. That being said, parts of it were certainly dated. The kitchen could have been a bit bigger, and the bathroom was a bit outdated. The main problems are with the complex itself. If you ever have an issue and need to call the office, good luck. They either do not answer the phones, or if you do speak to somebody, they are rude or pretend not to know about the issue. Stay VERY FAR from Brandywine Apartments in Wilmington, DE. I was naive to the previously listed reviews but they are 100% spot on. 0 Stars.
Donald Clark is a horrible property manager and he has been here for 20 years so he's not going anywhere.
I was supposed to be moving in here with my partner after viewing the apartment in person and going through the application process online. The leasing professional told us that we were approved via email, pending a few requested documents and a $100 hold on the apartment.
The documents were provided and the $100 hold was hand delivered to the leasing

I've enjoy living here! Management is very kind, maintenance service requests have gotten better, they get taken care of usually same day or by the day of. The apartments are nice & It’s a fairly decent quiet neighborhood where nothing really goes on. Close to I-95, Wawa & other gas stations/ convenient stores. The New Property Manager Andrea Mitchell is awesome, She is very professional & helpful! I would definitely recommend Brandywine Apartments as a place to move for my friends and family to call home.

I have been living at Brandywine Apartments since 2011 and I do not want to move anywhere else until I purchase my own home. It’s very safe to live here. I moved from 2 bedrooms in building C to 1 bedroom Deluxe in building G and currently moving to 2 bedrooms again in Building G. The entrance of the apartment is very beautiful. I love my apartment. Mr. Donald is very understanding.

I believe we are one of your most longest-lasting tenants. We moved into Brandywine Apartments on November 7, 1987. Thus, we are in our 31st year. Notwithstanding some unpleasant other tenant-related issues, and a rather nasty experience(s) with "cluster fly" infestation, our stay here has been good. The reason for that nice living experience can be mostly attributed to Mr. Clark, who took over the reins as Manager some years ago. I have lived at this apartment complex since 2012 and I really enjoy it. I have the one bedroom duplex (the walk in closet, office space is amazing to have and totally worth it) I never once had an issue with neighbors or felt unsafe while staying here. In addition, when things accidentally break over time it usually will be fix it within 24 hours. They leave a note explaining what they did to fix it. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful when needed. I feel the grounds are kept very neat and clean. I see a gentleman picking up trash every morning when I am leaving for work. As another
