At East Bay Karate-Do our goals are to make a positive impact in our students' lives and teach life changing skills through the practice of martial arts. Since 1994, East Bay Karate-Do has been providing safe, family-oriented martial arts experiences to students of all ages. Our mission is to foster self-improvement and personal development through focused training.
We continue to operate and offer classes via Zoom. Currently, we are offering a 3 week trial course for $29.95, which includes a free training t-shirt and belt. During this time our members continue to train from the safety of there home, which allows them the opportunity for belt promotion and continued advancement in our martial arts system.
I will use karate only for self-defense and as a way to achieve better mental and physical fitness. I will be helpful and show respect to all people so that I may deserve that respect in return. I will never be loud or show off with karate, it is better to be humble, train with respect, and achieve honor.
