Services
Our mission is to help our clients achieve a healthy and active lifestyle by performing consistently challenging workouts in a positive and supportive atmosphere. You do not need to be "in shape" to join Matador Fitness. Our certified and experienced coaches will provide you with what you need to know and carefully guide you to safely and efficiently perform workout movements.
The Barbell Basics Series is a 4-session introductory course that will teach you the basics of some of the fundamental movements used in our workouts. You will meet one-on-one with a coach during each of these one-hour sessions. It's a great time to share your fitness goals with your coach and to allow your coach to assess your athletic abilities to develop a training plan that will help achieve your goals.

I am officially hooked! I first started coming to CrossFit Matador six months ago and I was admittedly skeptical because I have had little success in a gym atmosphere in the past. The only difference is, this is not a gym! 6 months and 30 pounds later, I am feeling stronger, faster and my energy level is at an all time high!

I joined 6.5 months ago and this has been the best decision for me. Coach is very knowledgeable and is always teaching and pushing me to do my best. I enjoy coming everyday because I know I will get the most out of my workout and feel great the rest of the day. If you are thinking about joining....don't think just do it!

I honestly didn't know what crossfit was until I came across this box. I didn't know it would be the most challenging physical thing I ever did and I could not have known how much I love the challenge it presents every time I go. Being a professional couch potato, I didn't know that I was even capable of doing any of this stuff. Coach and Box… members have convinced me that not only can I do it, I can progress and advance!
