Property Alliance was amazing for our past rental with them. They were timely on things that needed to be repaired. Robert was always quick to respond, professional, kind, and helpful. We spent 3 years at one of their properties and would have stayed longer if we weren't moving out of state. They have been reasonable with the price of our rental and only raised rent very minimally one time. We enjoyed our experience with them and would recommend them to others.

We were tenants of Property Alliance in Park City and I can't say enough good things about this company. Todd and Property Alliance were very professional, prompt to address any and all concerns, always would go the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable in the home (they even helped facilitate us buying the home we were renting). In addition, as a new family to Park City Todd was always available to recommend schools, restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is considering a property management company.
