Well, how do I start.... I should've checked reviews before I took my mom there.
Because they take medical I think many people have no choice.
But I had my mom in as she was referred there by her usual doctor.
Apparently she needed to have a deep cleaning before insurance can do other work for her. When we went to this place, the dentist recommended to do a crown on my moms canine, she has had that crown for a while and apparently she needed a new one.
Well she has a partial that connects to this "crown" that she apparently needs, mind you this canine crown she has at this

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. DR EXPERIMENTED WITH MY SURGERY. They are not professionals, extremely confused, unorganized people.
I have been waiting 2 + years to get my wisdom teeth removed due to the front desk "forgetting" to notify me of my insurance approval and allowing it to expire more than 3 times (they pretended they had no idea what was going on). The front desk is always mishearing me due to them chit chatting with co workers and laughing about other topics and drs showing each other "funny"things on their phones.
Finally I get to my appointment for 4wisdom teeth

I had a terrible experience at Town Center Dentistry, specifically with Dr. Jason Reesor, who was the most unprofessional, aggressive, condescending male I have encountered in a long time.
He overheard me explaining my frustration about booking a cleaning and not actually RECEIVING said cleaning, and told me they don't book appts that way. I suggested that's something the staff should clarify upon booking an appt. His reply: you should take your kids and yourself and find a different practice! He continued to point out they have "a ton of patients" and therefore don't need

Beware of root canal specialist. First off she was mean & another dentist told me she did the root canal too short & I may have to have it redone. I'm in pain and they refuse to help me. I hoped to find relief and to fix this tooth instead I got treated badly and now more trouble. Endontist Kimberly Machlachlan makes you feel like you are in the movie Misery or a Jekyl Hyde movie nurse Ratched. She was so inpatient and rolling her eyes, very mean and rude. I had never had a root canal before and wanted something explained briefly first. I told her she should be more kind and compassionate and learn

It is okay. People is really friendly and there is unnamed guy who know basic sign language. He helps me to understand what do I suppose to do. The teeth exam is absolutely awful. They are like shoving my mouth and I tried so hard not gags. Those tool to get picture is really uncomfortable and it feels like stab my gums hard. This cost 1,000 dollars for just teeth exam.
My mom called the dentist appointment and they didn't answer 🙄 so, I will never going back again. Sorry

Dentist office is not in my top 5 favorite places to be, but when I need to go it's nice to be around folks that are professional and treat you right! Dr Reesor is an exceptional dentist and his support staff, including receptionists, hygienist and billing/admin are kind and compassionate. Appreciate the way they explain treatment plans, provide transparent billing and don't try to sell you something you don't need. A really great dentist office that I recommend to anyone.

My daughter came out crying because she wasn't numb enough and she still continue to drill on her tooth my daughter tried to explain to her or let her know that something was wrong and Kim continued to say stop your whining.

I had my daughters orthodontist work done here 3 years ago. They had an orthodontist there that is no longer there and they took her braces off too early needless to say she needs a whole new treatment done at a different place and I'm paying double to have what this place has done fixed. I tried to get the past Orthodontist's name and number and they have no idea or way to contact so unprofessional to say the least. The new orthodontist said they took them off too early and none of the teeth were fixed and she still has the overbite and the same problems and it's too late to fix

PLEASE AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE! Especially Dr.Kimberly K.Mclachlan She is horrible! Two months ago, she performed a root canal treatment on one of my mom's teeth and she did a terrible job but she is not accepting her mistake and now we are in the process of suing her. Just look at this photo! She has missed a nerve and it's so obvious! I have showed this picture to 6 other dentists and they all can't believe that she is not accepting her mistake!

Awesome experience! Dr. Reesor is great and the staff is friendly and compassionate! I felt like they cared about my dental health and the gal that cleaned my teeth was awesome! I highly recommend this office, they offer all services, which is so great, so I never have to go to different locations and wander all around. I was very surprised and thankful to have found this dental office. I hope that you will have the same experience.

The best dentist I've been to. They have amazing staff, take super good care of you, and are extremely cleanly with the whole pandemic going on. They are very willing to help with costs, make everything easy, and will be my forever place to go to when i need work on my teeth. Absolutely amazing and doctor reeser is a rad guy.

Wherever you do never never select this office for your dental services. WORST place ever encounter, from Customer Service, Dental procedures, Dental Services charges etc etc. the list goes on and on.
If you step a foot into the reception they immediately ask for your name and you get charge $100 dlls just like that, regardless of the reason of why you're there for. I never heard such thing in my life !!
My husband and I decided to give this office a try few months ago and OMG worst decision ever this office charge me for my regular cleaning

WARNING!! DISABLED?! Anyone with, physical, emotional, and mental disability situations seriously BEWARE!! I am a disabled single parent currently surviving on assistance. I had to pay a friend to help with my son and pushing me in my wheelchair because I am not able to ambulate on my own and my son has ADHD. I have no way of transporting my electric mobility chair at this point in time. I decided it was necessary to ruin the brakes on my vehicle forcing myself to drive to my very important root canal appointment. On the way there we were nearly rear-ended literally. This office is disorganized, the people who work here are lazy and the waiting room is a covid outbreak waiting to happen! Do not waste your time coming here. You will sit around for over an hour after your appointment before being called in. They will also try to rip you and your insurance company off for services you may not need. Get a 2nd opinion and find a new dentist.

DO NOT come here, please. My mom was referred to this office because she was having issues with her teeth. They advised getting braces on the bottom claiming that it would help her problems. Fast forward to the end of her treatment and her teeth are straightened out but they are buy no means straight. Her bite is misaligned, her teeth are super flared out as well. She went for a 2nd opinion and they confirmed that they did a horrible job on her teeth. They said that her teeth are at even more risk at falling out now. Please shop around first before picking this place for orthodontia treatment.

I came here to get a consultation for dental implants. Very friendly office staff. The office is clean & well arranged. I really liked the oral surgeon I met with & all the staff I spoke with. Convenient location. If they were closer to my house I would come here for all my dental needs. I would recommend Town Center Dentistry to anyone.

I had to call in for something and Dr Reesor went out of his way to help me. He even spent his precious time to adjust a crown that was done by another dentist (no charge.) I overheard him instructing his staff to find the best stuff at best price for another patient of his (she left and wasn't there to hear it.) Not just a great doctor but a genuinely kindhearted person as well. Far from where I live, but worth the drive.

Best dentist office I have been to in YEARS! My consult was quick, explained thoroughly and made me feel at ease. Will never go back to my previous dentist now that I have found Town Center Dentistry! For once I am actually excited to get all my teeth worked on without feeling anxiety over it! Staff was incredibly nice, organized and beyond polite! Clean rooms, friendly faces!

If I could a zero star I would. At first I was a bit hesitant to come here because of the reviews I had read. I originally had an appointment with Kim Laughlin at another location. I had to book this appointment 2 months out. A few weeks before I was told that she had "change of schedule" and wasn't able to make it. So I called town center dentistry. It was so hard to get through. I called multiple times during operating business hours and nothing. I never did get a call back so I tried again the next couple days. Finally got through to them and made an appointment for a consultation

Pay no attention to the old reviews! This place was ran by a separate group of people before and since taking the reigns, Dr Reesor and his team have turned things around. They have a very mellow but professional demeanor that makes going to the dentist...enjoyable?
As I always say, when businesses are ran by people who care, you can tell the difference.
