The front staff is always very friendly and helpful. The property manager, Tina, is so sweet. The maintenance guys are always quick to reply to requests and know their stuff. I love that there's a pet spa, making washing my dog much easier. The fact that there's so much parking space is so nice cause you never have worry about not being able to park or "fight" over parking.

"It's a wonderful place to call "home." The entire staff always greets you with a smile and is services and goods to our needs, as well as quick to resolve any problems that may come. Every day, nice, polite staff keep the surroundings and amenities clean. The pool area is beautiful. I live with my family here.

Top-notch maintenance and service. I've been very happy with all aspects of life here at Reserve Decatur. The location is great. The staff go out of their way to deliver excellent service. They offer several amenities for a fee, but they are well worth it if you're going to live in a large apartment building.

I just moved in, and Kay, Amber, and Theresa couldn't have been more helpful and responsive to my many questions (Kay even went up to my floor and took video of the view!).
I had two requests of the service staff, and they were accomplished in less than a day, and I received a detailed email explaining what had been done.
I am very, very impressed and I think I will be very happy here.

Fantastic home! My roommates and I found this place by chance and love it! We have so much room and we love playing games at the rooftop bar/hang out area. Definitely a great place to live! The management and maintenance staff is incredible, every time we have a question or issue they respond very quickly!
