They don’t answer the office phone at all.... I recently moved back to the Atlanta area and was calling to see if they were leasing but they don’t answer the phone. As far as the apartments themselves I would give them a 5. Great place and great community. I grew up in the area and lived at Spring Pointe when I first moved to GA at the age of 12

The staff is unhelpful. I was basically told not to even give my information because she probably wouldn't get back to me. I spoke with Sondra and she was sarcastic about taking my name which makes me wonder if she even wrote anything down. I sincerely hope she isn't a representation of the management.
