I could not love my little corner of paradise more! Conveniently located to Decatur square, grocery stores, Dekalb Farmer's Market, Best Small Town for Breweries (!) Avondale Estates; several breweries, restaurants, shops and a Sunday farmer's market within walking distance.
Neighbors aren't always the best, based on history of the neighborhood, but all in all I will definitely miss this place when I buy my home!

Had the pleasure of visiting The Willis off East College Ave. Hands down this is a very nice community. Nice atmosphere with great amenities on property and plenty of cute little shops and restaurants within walking distance. The leasing consultant was Antwone Williams and he was very accommodating to our living needs. It feels good to get this type of customer service these days. If your looking for a convenient place to live where the neighbors are nice and the leasing staff is awesome then check out The Willis you won’t regret it. Make sure to ask for Antwone Williams!!! Antwone was the best leasing Consultant I came across since looking for a new place. He kept me informed the entire time. The move in process was very accommodating and all the staff were super polite. I absolutely love my new place of residence. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice professional experience to come visit Willis, you will NOT be disappointed. 💯💯💯💯

Great Community and overall space to reside in. Pet friendly is a huge pro. Space and overall design of rooms have been done very well. Even living next to Marta, it isn't very loud. Safe community in my opinion. The staff works hard to meet all needs and is exceptionally accommodating. Easy lines of communication; easy to pay rent and easy to put in request for maintenance. They are on top of things here.

I met Kevin and Connor at the Decatur wine festival last weekend and they were so nice and gave me a Willis cutting board. I didn't know that they were open yet so scheduled a tour to check out the apartments and was blown away. The building is so beautiful and I found the perfect apartment today. I am so excited to move in and I am obsessed with my new kitchen and having a double vanity in my new bathroom.
