The entire staff at this property are the most friendly and helpful! The moment you walk in through the door, you feel so welcomed. The location is perfect and super close to the Decatur square! Taylor has been amazing in helping me and my fiancé find a new home! The apartments are also really nice! Highly recommend to everyone!!

This rental season was extremely difficult, but Taylor Pickens at Avondale Station made me feel appreciated and valued. I was so worried that I wouldn't find somewhere to live and she really went above and beyond to help me get set up with a new apartment. I cannot recommend this place or her service enough.

The apartment wasn't as nice as the one we toured initially. There is a lot of paint peeling in the bathroom on the tiles and in the bathtub. Once we moved in I noticed a lot of obvious "quick fixes" in the bathroom and kitchen. We rented this unit for the washer and dryer hookups not knowing there was no place to vent the dryer. (also the plugs are outdated so I had to re-wire my washer and dryer that still can't be used) Seems pretty dangerous especially since it is in very close proximity to our hot water heater (that is outdated) and gas furnace; which both look sketchy as hell and dirty.

Its being close to a month since we've moved in to this apartment community. This place has being good so far. I study at Atlanta, so the commute has being bit of a hassle, but the change in scenery from City to suburban makes up for it. It is mostly quiet, the management and the residents are very friendly and helpful.
The apartments are a little old but well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly and professionally. Laundry room is a little old and not enough washer/dryer machines sometimes. But they can be operated via credit card. Lots of recycle trash-bins available.

RENTER BEWARE!!! The low rent for the area is a red flag. I lived there for 4 short months and was let out of my lease due to the multiple issues with my apartment. First there was the mold that grew in the bedroom closet getting all over my shoes and clothes. Don't think that is the only place the mold grew, the hall closet and bathroom also had serious mold issues. The silver fish in the bathroom were always gross to see and it didn't matter how much I cleaned they were always there...ewwww!!! I can't forget about the code violation with the furnace and water hater. The gas company

There's a reason for why their rent is cheap. Their furnace system barely works, and it's obnoxiously loud. I could never get rid of the draft in the apartment during winter, and it's worse since my apartment was on the ground level. As someone before me said, the walls are also pretty thin, and you'll just be in the know of whatever your neighbors are doing. What bugs me the most is the deposit return process. The leasing office miscalculated the amount they owed me and my roommate, and we had to call them a number of times to get the rest of the money. And they weren&apos

Please don't be fooled by price or size- both are nice. However, do you like mold? This apartment is covered in it as well as neighbors apartments. Defunct vehicles? Yup, got those too. Greg and Vaughn are awesome, but unfortunately some issues are out of their control for fixing. When I went in tossing my lease my ear was bent by an office staff member talking crap about tenants. Should've ran then.....
