The prices were just right, location is amazing, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They changed our room at no cost due to our neighbor smoking in the middle of the night. Everything about this hotel was nice, clean, and helpful. Would come here again.

The Boston Park Plaza is a timeless Hotel. I appreciate Tevin at the front desk helping me with the check in and check out process. Tevin assists me to get the best room in the class of my room reservation. My room deposits are always refunded in my account within 3 days. Alex is very helpful to assist me during my stay and provides very professional service and advice. Management can stand proud.

First time since the renovations. The lobby and the restaurants were terrific. I wish they had spent some of the money on soundproofing the room. Heard throughout the night people up and down the hallway. Person next door yelling, when I called the front desk nobody answered. Security finally came at 3 o’clock and quieted them down. Disappointing stay, poor sleep. Great location.

BEWARE BEING CHARGED FOR MEALS YOU DONT HAVE Location is amazing. Room was minuscule, could barely squeeze past the bed and the wall, but we weren't there much so would have been just a meh experience BUT got an extra $72 charge on my account after I checked out. Called to ask what it was for and the rep said a salmon Benedict breakfast, which I never had. They said it must be a mistake and said they'll refund me. I get a pending refund of $36 from them (only half of the amount) ... which later disappeared. I called and emailed them back multiple and got no response so finally disputed

My husband and I stay here for our anniversary. We booked and prepaid our reservation a month prior for a superior king. When we got there the superior king was not available, they offer a queen size for less or deluxe superior king but at a additional cost. I declined, they told me come back in 30 minutes. When I come back it was the same story. Then finally they gave us a room. After traveling for so many hours to get there the last thing you want is to keep going around in a circle. I only stayed because we paid already and it our first time in Boston we were to tired to for another hotel.

If you want to be right in the action of Back Bay, this is the perfect spot. The hotel is beautiful, and updated enough, even though it is a pretty old building. The rooms are comfy, maybe a little small (bathroom) but still nice. Plenty of food and drink on site, but you are also a short walk away from soo many great spots. Boston Common is 2 blocks away, and the Boston Public Library is about a 10 min walk. Highly recommend if you want to see a lot all within walking distance.

Solid Hotel in the Park Plaza Area. It is a bit old worldly, but has the appropriate upgrades to make it very functional. The lobby is open and reminds you of what the the former glory of the hotel was. The housekeeping for the week was outstanding and better than expected. Really appreciated the cleanliness of the place. Overall it is a bit dated, but it works well and is in a great location.

The Boston Park Plaza is a stunning hotel. The lobby is grand and feels opulent. The staff is always kind, polite, and efficient. The front desk is exceptional, like Peter, who knew who we were upon checking in and was extremely patient with our unusual process.

The rooms range from spacious to cozy. Either way, they serve their function. Could the showers use more water pressure? Sure. Does it eventually get the job done? No doubt.

But what makes us come back year after year? Heather. She skillfully stands behind the hotel bar like a pro; she'll pour up what you want, or offer the most

A really beautiful hotel! It was a great place for a large conference. The room was clean and well appointed! The staff was super friendly and courteous, while maintaining a very high level of professionalism. I had such a great experience I would hesitate to ever consider staying anywhere else when I visit Boston.

We are in Boston for a college parents weekend. We are originally from Boston and live in Atlanta now. We thought we'd try a different hotel than the brand we are loyal to and WHAT A MISTAKE! This hotel must love it's location and allow everything else to go to S--T from the reservation ineptitude, to check-in, to blasé response to needs in the room, to horrendous conditions of the room. It needs major upgrades, color ANYTHING! For the $ we spent we should have gone just about anywhere. We've have stayed in so many hotels across the city and except for the location this hotel has

If you're a large person, the rooms are very small . Toilet is practically on the floor. It is wedged in between the wall and a tiny sink. Only two towels in the room. We called for more towels, they brought two more towels instead of two sets of towels. Beautiful lobby. However we slept in the room, not the lobby.

Right to the most important: The check in staff did not wear masks. I'm not sure if the mandate was or wasn't on the day of my visit Aug. 21st. But staff should be masked, either way. The man who checked me in had no mask at all and the other staff person had a mask on but not covering her nose. I would have given four stars but for this. Cleaning staff were congregated on my floor and had no masks on, either.

I've stayed here many times over the years and have been to weddings at the Park Plaza (great wedding venue!) It was never my favorite hotel because I prefer to be on or near

Came here back in July 2021 for my boyfriend and I's anniversary celebration. I booked through Hotel.com and it was so easy. I am so surprised how low of a star rating this hotel received. We opted for a decent hotel versus a five-star hotel. We knew we'd be using the hotel to sleep and relax. So we decided to go with Boston Park Plaza.

The hotel lobby was beautiful! I loved that there was a lounge/library area for you to relax or to enjoy breakfast or coffee. Also, there is no parking here, would recommend parking your car at the nearest parking structure a few blocks away. The restroom

THEY RUINED MY ONE-YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.

The Boston Park Plaza overcharged me and has not refunded me the money, despite acknowledging their mistake, and despite my repeated phone calls and pleas.

When I spotted the mistake and called them, they said they would refund me my money. It has been over a week and they still haven't refunded me the difference of over $100. For that reason, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Background: I called the day before my check-in to inquire about whether I could check-in early. They told me there was a $50 fee to check in early. I said "

My husband and I were a bit disappointed with our stay. When we first arrived in our room, my husband noticed there were a bunch of hairs across the floor of the bathroom. We called down and were told room service would come up to clean it so we left the room and waited. However, upon return to the room, I noticed there was still hair in the rest of the room. In fact there was a large ball of hair as well as blueberries left around the floor of the room. Suffice to say we no longer felt the room was clean and asked to be moved rooms. They transferred us to another room which appeared cleaner.

I booked a studio suite here for 12 days and 11 nights, prior to the pandemic.

This hotel is a block away from fantastic restaurants, high end shopping, The Boston public garden, and the Boston Commons.

On arrival, we checked in and one of the front desk employees mistakenly gave us a key to a small double deluxe king bedroom which we didn't order, so we then had to take our time, luggage, and energy, going back down to the lobby, just to wait in-line again to get the keys of our originally booked room, which was pretty exhausting after our 8 hour flight. We ordered drinks at the bar while

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location close to Boston Common and all the surrounding areas & business.

My family and I came here for one night, as we had already spent most of our spring break in Cooperstown, and then in Salem to learn about the witch trials.

We booked the hotel through Expedia, which couldn't have been smoother, and also got the free parking option, which was a major bonus.

The hotel itself is beautiful. They have a massive lobby area where you can get a cup of coffee at the in-house Starbucks and just relax and people watch. The architecture in this place

The food and location--those were really good. I have to say, I did like the food. The food was good. Did I mention the food? Check out these photos of the food--and drinks. The bartenders know how to make some great bourbon-based cocktails, I'll say that. I found myself wanting to meet colleagues and buddies in the lobby of the hotel (during a conference) more often than going off to some far-flung restaurant for some fun times. This, and the fact that there's a Starbucks around the corner (through the lobby) and some great parks nearby make it a nice location.

The amenities? Not so
