The Carlton At Greenbrier

Love gate security, unit size and features, well lit hallways, and location to streets, highways, shopping, restaurants, and where I lived for past 25 years, including 20 in my house. Shaq is awesome. Enjoy the Amazon Hub, mail boxes, door deliveries ... experienced all in my first 7 days. Team is fast on workorders, portal is easy and responsive, and my floor and unit is quiet. All we hear is our refrigerator and a few dogs barking ... more sense of security. Love this apartment! We moved here July of 2021 and unfortunately we had to leave due to my husband having orders to go to Texas. Here are the things I like about this apartment:
Service-
Like everyone else are saying, Cindy and Shaquil are the best. Probably the nicest people we encountered specially Cindy. They make you feel like a part of the family/community. They always answer any questions you have or help in any need. They have monthly events (I love their giveaways) and they are always there to serve.
Maintenance-
Base on my experience, they are always on top of it, I had a wasp problem

I have been living here for a few months. Shaquile and Cindy are awesome. They are extremely courteous and professional. If you have any issues their turnaround time is extremely fast. My only regret is that I didn’t move in sooner.

Good place to stay. Things get done here compared to other places I’ve lived! Shaquil is good too!

I have been looking for apartments in the area and contacted the property for availabilities. I spoke with Mr. Shaquil Campbell, who offered information about the property and answered all my questions and even stayed on the phone past his work time. He was polite and very professional, and it was obvious he really cares about his work and is good at it.

My husband and I stayed at The Carlton at Greenbrier for the month of August 2021 while waiting on our new home to be remodeled. Cindy and Shaquille made us feel very welcome, and they were extremely responsive to our needs.
The apartment had amazing closet space and the bathrooms were large and well-appointed. The grounds were so well maintained, and it being a gated community only added to our comfort, especially in the evenings when we needed to be outside walking our dog. My husband especially loved the “trash fairies” who spirited our trash away in the evenings from just outside our door

Hands down, the best community in Greenbrier, if not Chesapeake. Both staff members, Cindy and Shaquille are amazing. They take the time to get to know you and and welcome you into the lovely community that do a spectacular job at maintaining. The apartment features many exquisite amenities such as granite countertops and a LARGE... I mean a large master closet in our 2 bedroom apartment. You will not regret moving into this community! Life is good at The Carlton!

We have not been at The Carlton for long but from day one Cindy and Shaquille have made us feel like family. Any issues we have had have been taken care of in a timely manner and the office is always quick to respond to any questions. The apartments are beautiful and the neighborhood is always clean. Julie is the head of maintenance and she is on top of her game. Quick to respond to any maintenance needs.
