If you’re on the fence with leasing here, let me take you down my 3 year stay at BGA!
My move in was a smooth transition, I was highly impressed with the apartment size, desk in the kitchen, & the extra care of the staff. When going to see the apartment with a staff member she left a beautiful hand written card with candy for my 1 year old.
The amenities are amazing, I used the gym a few times but my favorite is the child play area! They have books, puzzles, and toys for kids to play while parents work out! GENIUS!!
The grounds are always beautifully kept, the pool is always clean, the Amazon

Everything was super smooth. Customer service from the office staff was excellent (thanks Jill!). My major concern was having nasty carpet (stains, pet odor, etc) when I walked in on the first day of my lease. Carpet was super clean and smelled great. Jill even asked about it specifically after I moved in, even though it had been over a month since I expressed my concern. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Overall great experience so far.

We have lived at three other facilities since my husband retired. I only wish that we had found this one first. These have been the greatest days I've ever had since my husband retired and we never plan to move out of here. I love the peace and the beauty and the friendliness. Everything is taken care of and the people treat you with such Grace and dignity. This like one great big family. I feel very safe and it's just like a home. I don't miss my days I've have my own home at all and it's all because the wonderful staff and the goodness of God
