I had a great experience. The building is clean and the building staff is excellent. As an example, a member of the facilities staff sent me a text each time i received a perishable food box as a courtesy. I would highly recommend that you chose this over other choices in the area (i have friends in other buildings who have has bad experiences)

I wanted to move downtown into a safe place within walking distance to everything. I found it! I just moved in a week ago and I'm in love with this apartment. I'm currently unpacking buying new furniture and adjusting to the city. The Berdan building is an old building that was run down and abandoned for decades. It was recently refurbished to be pleasant to the eye. I love how this old building clashes with new and modern every where you look. If you wanna move downtown to be close to it all. This is a great spot to check out. I give this apartment 5 stars for design, location, and customer service
