I applied at this place in December of 2020. The office was closed to the public and they instructed me to put my application in the RENT drop box, I did. I called back In January and was told they’re working on it. I called again in July the black lady said I never turned in an application and she’ll get back to me after she look through the application box. Today I called (Nov 2nd 2021) and was told I never turned in an application. I’m so upset I feel like me and my daughter information was completely breached! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hats off to the construction workers. It's amazing the transformation that was made to these apartments. They look absolutely gorgeous inside and out. I have three more years till I'm old enough to apply. They are really nice.

I must say this place employs an All Star team of lazy. They never answer their phones and when they do, they never are helpful. If you leave them voicemails, it's like they go to the delete button like you are a Spam bot, not a customer. It's amazing because these employees I bet during the interview worked hard preparing their resume and practicing for the interview and at the interview were all professional and go getters and said a lot of good things about how good and hard they have worked in their past and will continue to work if they get the job... Yet ironically, when they got the job

Superb townhouses centrally located in Toledo. These are high quality units that work with people. Everyone in the area is very friendly and fun to talk to!
