Customer service was the best we've ever had. The resort is beautiful. The rooms equally as beautiful. The amenities in the bathroom are fantastic. The breakfast fast is delicious. We never had it so good. A huge thank you to Dan, the General Manager and the entire staff you contributed to making this the trip of a lifetime.

A wonderful restaurant slightly off the beaten path. Best time to go is when he weather is nice so that you can sit outside on their patio with gorgeous views of the Pilgrim Monument. The food is very well prepared with good service, great cocktail list and decent wines (better wine list by the bottle vs. per glass). We had a great meal and enjoyed the outside dining in the heart of Ptown.

A year ago my husband and I had one of the most magical meals of our lives at The Pointe Restaurant. It was our wedding night, just us, and everything was perfection. Sadly while our marriage has grown more magical over the last year, our anniversary dinner tonight showed us the opposite has happened at The Pointe Restaurant. We got off to a great start and our host was lovely. We got our same table and a bottle of champagne as requested in our reservation notes, and we were looking forward to the same amazing meal. Unfortunately, service from the kitchen was slow, our starting salad and clam chowder

Highly recommend this property. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and updated. The pool area was very comfortable to relax for the afternoon. Included breakfast had a great selection, and the wine & cheese hour in the evening was an added bonus. The location is also perfect-- it's close enough to the action while still being far away enough from the main strip to get a good night's sleep.

Such a great experience here. Every single worker made an effort to say hello or ask how everything was for my fiancé and I at any chance they got. We really felt special and that’s what staying at a place like this is all about! Our room was gorgeous, the spa experience was wonderful, and free wine and cheese everyday? Who can complain about that! Can’t wait to be back.

Loved literally EVERYTHING, and every detail of this exquisite, elegant, wicked friendly, warm and inviting hotel!
Accept the "whirlpool tubs"... Lacking in that department only though. More like a soaking tub... But the water temperature was always HOT no matter how baths I took! Much needed R&R was found here! I WILL be back!
