Stayed here with my partner for 5 nights in May. The location of the inn right on Commercial St. is worth it, but the quiet, relaxing atmosphere takes you away from the crowds. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay. We will be staying again here next visit to Ptown.

Me mates let me just start off and say this place is top notch, I know the pandemic has put most business in a tough spot but the way they are making their clients feel comfortable is second to none. The owner (I believe he was the owner, nice looking young man who was a pleasure to work with, drove a beautiful red Audi I was jelly of lol) I took me lady on a weekend getaway and Provincetown was one of our stops, I did my research a lot as I wanted this to be special for her. Anchor Inn Beach House not only had all the bells and whistles but combined with the friendly staff it really made for a

I understand that things can happen that are unfortunate. The hotel had no hot water, due to a maintenance issue.
While lovely, and tidy, my stay was ruined by that lack
I am handicapped, and looked forward to a long hot soak in the jet tub. Such things reduce my pain levels. Hard to appreciate antiques when your body is throbbing.
I mentioned this to the desk upon check out, and was told I could have showered. I can't stand in a tub for that.
The stay was expensive. I thought Ptown was about inclusion, and in other establishments in town, it is. So I will not be returning, and can't suggest

This is our favorite place to stay in Provincetown. It's conveniently located on Commercial Street, so everything is just a short walk. The rooms on the back give great views of the water, and the rooms in front are great for people watching, parade watching, etc. We usually stay in the back and spend time on the rockers out front on the porch to get the best of both worlds. Chris and Michael are always very accommodating and helpful to make your stay enjoyable. Their super friendly chocolate labs Molly and Bo are the welcome wagon to great you when you check in. We've been staying here

We had a very enjoyable one night stay in room 119 at the Anchor Inn. We enjoyed the balcony over looking commercial street and the view of Pilgrim monument, as well as the ocean. The jet bathtub and gas fireplace were amazing! Comfy bed, linens and towels were soft and upscale and the room was very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were a bit disappointed with the room needing repairs. The arm chair had a beach towel covering it and was stained badly underneath and ripped as well. Backsplash for the tub needed caulking. Sad to see such a beautiful house lacking attention and

We LOVED staying here! Perfect location, everyone was super nice. We went here for our anniversary and even tho they couldn't food related surprises they were able to get a bottle of champagne to surprise my wife. After the first night they had to move our room because if shower issues (not their fault) and we took it as an upgrade!! Excellent view of the water, wicked cute whirlpool tub right in the room and the ambiance of feeling like you are on a ship! It was worth every penny! I woukd definitely go back here.

We recently stayed here for a few days and it was wonderful! The room was big and comfortable with a fireplace, jacuzzi, terrace, and view of the water. Chris, one of the Innkeepers, was amazing! We accidentally left some belongings behind, and without hesitation, Chris went out of his way to ship them to us, free of charge, the next day! Will definitely return 👍

Beautiful Victorian guesthouse in the center of town, with bay views. Free parking. Our room was large, with a very comfortable bed, sofa, fireplace and deck with a view of the bay. Large well-equipped bathroom. Continental breakfast in the well-appointed lobby. Very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the spacious front porch on a rocking chair with a cup of coffee, watching the Commercial Street passersby on a stormy morning. Chris and Mike were very professional and made all residents comfortable. Nice warm vibe to the place. Can't wait to return next summer.

Had the best time. One tiny, seemingly insignificant detail would have made it even better: hooks in bathroom!! (room 120 & I suspect all the other rooms)There is nowhere to hang up clothes, towels, whatever. Thanks!!

Nice staff, breakfast included, free water bottles. The rooms are super clean and cute and have a fireplace. Every room has access to the deck as well. The location is prime! The bed was not the best if you're sleeping with someone else on it since it's pretty bouncy. But it was worth it for the cleanliness and location.

Perfect location, clean and beautiful Inn, the ocean view from my room was nothing short of spectacular, Michael and his Mom are helpful and sweet hosts. I loved seeing the dogs in the lobby. It's a laid back atmosphere here, but I like that. Their continental breakfast MAYBE could be a bit more interesting, but there is a coffee shop/bakery right across the street and many restaurants within short walking distance. I would stay there again!

Found on Groupon for a reasonable price. Stayed 2 nights. Very friendly staff and in the perfect spot in Provincetown. Cute place but after finding out how much it would normally cost I don't think its worth the money. A little old fashioned but clean. Just a heads up to anyone allergic to animals...there are dogs that either live there or are there during the day. Did not mention that in the Groupon or on the website.

Went on a last-minute trip to Provincetown off-season (April), and we're so glad we lucked into getting a room here! The views were magnificent, and the room was really fantastic-- jacuzzi tub, fireplace, sitting area, etc. The location on Commercial Street can't be beat, and a lot of the shops and restaurants were already open for the season. Such a relaxing and fun weekend getaway for us!

We loved everything about this place. We went in the offseason (February), for a quiet getaway. Beautiful jacuzzi tub, working fireplace with a control right by the bed, and dimmers on nearly all the lights. Our four poster bed and other furniture created a lovely ambiance. The view from the windows is either of the adorable downtown area or the cape. Another guest told me some rooms even have little port holes to look at the cape from the jacuzzi tub! There were double doors in our room out to a beautiful patio with chairs, but of course we didn't use it in February. The breakfast was a little

The Anchor Inn is family owned and managed. A comfortable location in the very center of Provincetown, we choose to stay here on our jaunts into town, and always find our stays enjoyable.
The rooms are bright and cheery, heated and cooled individually (and with individual controls) and are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is available in the morning, buffet style, in the large central room.
What else does one need for ones respite in this quirky little seaside resort?

I bought a Groupon to stay here becasue I always wanted to come to Cape Cod and my husband and I are always looking for a weekend away. We've stayed at a lot of Bed & Breakfast places and love them and even though this is more of an Inn I couldnt say no to the location and beauty of the home! We arrived and already I was blown away by the home and the location! After checking in and getting settled I read some reviews on the place and although I have to agree with some of the complaints, I feel like they are either being really picky or we just care more about the place and location itself

Thank you for a wonderful week during Women's Week! Delightful personnel, beautiful rooms, and the jacuzzi bathtub and long showers was a delight to this California gal who is in a drought back home. I felt kind of guilty, but over it after the second day. Your housekeeping staff are top notch and delightful!
