Most of our floor plans include open kitchens. Think large kitchen island bars that marry your living space and dining area, inviting fresh-air balconies and large windows for lots of natural light. Modern touches like handmade tile and backsplashes, locally quarried marble countertops, plenty of cabinets and open shelving complete the experience.
We're building a pedestrian-friendly oasis of local shops, restaurants and offices that beckons trail users with refreshing brews and savory snacks. Take a little detour. C'mon, you know you want to. Inspired by stone excavated at the nearby quarry, Galloway's newest restaurant and bar is merging history, hamburgers and healthy dishes for a well-rounded dining experience.
Good land-use planning shapes neighborhoods into healthier, more efficient spaces for generations. That's why we started this project by noting all facets of our naturally sloping, rocky landscape, including its water sources as well as the surrounding air, soil, light and trees. Then we brought as much of the outdoors inside as possible.

A wonderful living experience! The office staff and maintenance workers are all so kind. They always go out of their way to talk to us when we run into them. All of the other tenants we’ve met are also very friendly.
We were lucky enough to live in a west-facing unit on the fourth floor, with one of the most unique views in Springfield! (The picture doesn’t do it justice.) The biggest unexpected con of living here is that we can hear our downstairs neighbors constantly, but they’re quite loud. I moved into Quarry Town almost a year ago and have loved it. The property manager, Meg, is very attentive to resident's needs and the maintenance guys are always prompt and quick to help. The whole staff is so friendly and not to mention the apartments/floor plans are beautiful. The location is great, I can cross the street to walk my dog on the Galloway Greenway Trail and am close to restaurants and breweries. An amazing place to call home!
