The apartments are super nice and are perfect for me with the stage of life I’m in! The application process was super simple and I always had a lot of help from someone if I had any questions!

Caitlyn was quick to respond to my text when I need information related to some changes on our services at Greenway Studios. Being prompt is very important to me as a resident of this apartment complex and greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cailyn !!

This place is horrible. Staff rude and unresponsive. Lived here for less than 6 months and they took my deposit because my bed caused scuff marks on the wall and they tried to lie and say I had cat litter to take a chunk of my deposit. I do not own a cat. They lie to take your money. Do NOT move into this place!

IF you want to live somewhere that smells like cat pee and has feces in the hallway, this is the place. I have had such an awful experience at Greenway studios, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I was supposed to live in a furnished unit, and upon move in the furniture was in very poor and broken condition as well as extremely dirty from the last tenant. I never even moved my stuff in, and they are making me pay thousands of dollars to get out of the lease. They won't let you tour, and now I know why. DONT LIVE HERE! Save your money and find an

Good luck getting them to call back for anything. Could care less that we are in the middle of a pandemic. The are going to get that money. Very overpriced for what you get. Better off going somewhere else
Update
So after the past three weeks of me trying to resolve an issue with no call back and my father trying to get an email response with no avail. Rather than trying to resolve the issue they let the late fees rise to over a 1000 bucks , forcing my father to pay the grossly over due payment which we tried to take care of it three weeks earlier that would have been lot cheaper than 1200 bucks

RENT ISSUES: Rent is due on the first of the month. My bill never comes until the third or fourth day, which means I have to pay online, but there's a "convenience fee" for paying online. It's an additional $7. I really don't like being jipped because I CAN'T pay on time. It sounds small, but on a budget, it adds up.
Otherwise, the place is clean, the appliances are good, the neighborhood feels safe, and the neighbors are typically quiet. Having internet is a big bonus, too. I chose to pay $8 for a long ethernet cord instead of shelling out for a router. Never had any problems with it!

I've lived here for about 2 years and its a great place to live if you move in without furnished because of the rent but if you value your vehicle and whats you leave inside you should have seconds thought when living here. If you do leave anything valuable inside it will probably get broken in and the security do not patrol as much as you would think. The homeless do wander around the complex but only to the trash bin. Also if there's anything broken in your unit it might take a while for it to be fixed but it has been timely for me but if it is broken you'll have a tough time reaching management

The apartments themselves are actually really nice. Internet is included and the design is clean and modern. However, good luck literally ever getting a hold of management for anything. Ever.
Someone left an entire package of rotting meat in the middle of the breezeway for like a week, and no one was around to take care of it. They make mistakes on bills, and good luck getting those extra charges figured out! You’ll be out of sleep for a week.

My car was broken into (window smashed) in the parking lot and backpack was stolen. My "6-month" lease (which I paid 100% of upfront) required 60 days notice so they squeezed an extra 60 days out of me. My "final bill" said the room required painting and cleaning, although my mother and I cleaned it perfect. The security gates were propped open or a broom was nearby on a regular basis so this security feature was bypassed.

Paper thin walls , rude loud neighborhood, dogs barking 24-7, never any parking at night, very small... Never again.
