Scenic Station Apartments

We broke our lease after 11 days… TLC properties allows you out of your lease in the first 30 days for any reason and we had plenty. However once we decided we wanted out TLC properties would not call us back. The property manger Cindy Shaw is extremely unprofessional and hateful. We were given the wrong keys on our move in day. Once we got the… keys our door didn’t lock. Maintenance came to fix the door on four different occasions and the two times they came over while we weren’t open they left the door unlocked. Our floors weren’t even vacuumed before we moved

Currently on another 6 months lease with these people and it will most certainly be my last. List of good things: Apartment is spacious and clean. Decent place for the money. List of bad things: My car was keyed two different times over night and broken into. My gfs car tires were slashed as well. Our cars where parked on the premises. Management didn't do anything about any of those situations. There's a lot of homeless/ shady people running around digging through the trash day/night. The parking is atrocious, and for someone that comes home around 6ish, I frequently have to park in the illegal

I lived here for two years never had any problems. The maintenance guys work hard to keep everything up. The apartments are wonderful clean big and roomy, and I just love the new property manager she’s very sweet very helpful and understanding even if I called down there 20 times a day LOL she still answers any of my questions. I honestly have to say I love it here and I highly recommend Scenic Station apartments. I just want to say THANK Y’ALL FOREVER THING YOU DO FOR US! Y’ALL ARE THE BEST!!!!!😇

Adequate. Apartments are roomy. Walls super thin. Even more than what I have normally seen in other apartments. Included internet is a joke. Can barely stream, forget any online gaming, and that's when it's even working. Only been here a month and have been without internet in the evenings (between 5 pm and 9 pm) at least 3 times that I've noticed. For the price of rent (3 bedroom) you might find a better option. Updating my review, after living here for over a year my vehicle as well as my boyfriend's vehicle has been broken into multiple times. We're supposed to have security on the premises

They do not have enough parking at all. Management has never resolved the problem. You will have to park two miles away from your apartment building where you parked illegally or you will have to park in there parking lot illegally where they put a sticker that is impossible to get off your car. In addition, there is always homeless people running around on your lovely two mile walk. They will not even consider doing sticker resident parking. Mostly because they still wouldn't have enough parking for residence not to mention there guest 🤦‍♀️ it's to the point where I'm afraid to leave

Chris is a great manager and does a nice job reaching out to his tenants.

The six months that we've been here has been a very nice indeed . They up greated the internet That's very nice. never had any problems here every one is really nice, families, some of the college students are nice, I love where the location is, love that the new manager is very understanding, very helpful to answer any questions you may have. There on top of things getting done asap. Just needless to say is i am very happy and pleased with all...THANKS TO TCL PROPERTIES!!!!!! AND MANAGER!!!! AND LET'S NOT FORGET OUR MAINTENANCE GUY'S!!!!!!! THANKS TO YOU ALL!!!!! :):):)

Nothing will ever get fixed don't live here. the manager of apartment is always late to work and early to leave. she also is not very friendly u will always be inconveniencing her. Internet is terrible if u like to steam anything. And every once in a while Security will come around and randomly put orange stickers on people's car and tell them that they're going to be towed. So if you have a friend over be careful they might get told the next morning

Yes made a request to have something fixed and was called back for than five minutes and they accommodated my night shift schedule very impressed

My roommates and I went to go check out these apartments at 4 p.m on a Friday afternoon. The woman who was there told us that she had "stuff to do" when we asked for a tour and then locked us out. We waited there in our car, and thirty minutes later we see her lock up and leave at 4:30, when their designated close time is 5 pm. We were upset, but decided one person should not deter us from living there. We have since tried to call seven times to schedule a walkthrough. Horrible, horrible customer service. You can bet we will not be living here.

We moved here before TLC took over and loved living here. Since TLC took over we lost what little storage we had, Was told rent would not go up and it did not just added charges in effect a rent increase. Three managers who we never knew what to expect. The first made us get rid of a very nice BBQ grill. The 3rd one is very nice but they all seem to have one answer for everything We are getting bids for it.
Things seem to be settling down and the pool is nice, Management has improved and not a bad place to live. I would say great for students

TLC Properties bought this place in April, 2015, and so far it looks like they're turning it around pretty damn quick. Maintenance is quick and friendly, walls are fairly thick so you don't hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do, apartments themselves are well maintained and spacious.
Only issue I've had is the internet, but they've just switched providers (hopefully for the better) and are going to be upgrading all the hardware and whatnot throughout the complex. In theory it should help for better speeds, but I'll probably be upgrading my speed regardless once they get it all done. The internet,

We moved here a year ago and have no serious complaint, new owners and management in the last few months has been interesting

With the move in special price, along with the amenities, was within my wife and I's budget. However, there are some issues. Internet was to be included with the rent, but for over a week now, my apartment has not had access to the internet due to the wireless router that is assigned to our section of the apartments not working properly. The apartment is drafty due to poor seals on the doors. Aesthetically, the painters made many errors and there are many mistakes in the apartment. The master bedroom's closet isn't even the largest in the apartment.
However, we are the first to live in our apartment
