The veterinarians at Trinity Ridge Animal Health are dedicated to providing your pets with the best possible health care, all while utilizing our state of the art facility alongside our compassionate veterinary support staff. Both veterinarians are accepting large and small animal patients. Dr. Mike Patterson was raised in Laurens.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available.
Small Animal Medicine refers to the treatment and diagnosis of smaller animals, such as dogs and cats but also many other species of animals. Our staff is highly trained and experienced in how to care for small animals like dogs and cats, as well as exotic and pocket pets. Working with animals is our passion and we strive to provide the highest level of care possible for your pets.
Horses and other equine patients require veterinarians who specialize in treating them so we are pleased to offer this service in Laurens, South Carolina and the surrounding communities. Here at Trinity Ridge Animal Health, our veterinarians are able to take care of your prized horses and other equines, whether you show them, breed them, or just love them as pets.

We took our quarter horse, Hank in to see Dr Patterson for an injury to his pastern. We loved the staff and the straight forward, professional and very kind friendly care given by Dr Patterson. We took Hank in a week ago. He is doing just great. We were sent home with everything we needed for after care and excellent instructions. We received a follow up phone call early the next morning and the clinic has texted us twice checking on him. They honestly care. Fantastic vet. Absolutely wonderful staff. Top of the line care. Hey gave us an estimate of charges before starting treatment and options

WITH MY BLACK CAT COAL THEY GOT HIM RIGHT AWAY AND TREATED HIM IF?HE WODN'T HAVE GOTTEN SEEN SO FAST HE COULD HAVE DIED. THEY ARE ALSO AFFORABLE. I COULD KEEP ON TALKING ABOUT HOW GOOD THEY ARE. They are very professional and compassionate to us a family and our dog. She is very timid and nervous when riding in a vehicle anyways and they know this. They calm her right down when we arrive for our appointment. They take very good care of our dog!!!!

We were quoted $1200 from another local vet to have a “growth” removed from our dogs ear.. we wanted a second opinion.. took our dog to Trinity and were very pleased with the out come. Growth was easily removed, doctor came out ahead of time and explained everything to us in detail and gave us her opinion, which is exactly what we were looking… for.. the whole procedure including medicine was incredibly lower.. I mean INCREDIBLY lower. We will always take our pets to trinity from this day forward!! Thank you to the team and the vet at trinity, we are well pleased

We have tried many other vets in the Lauren's County area, but Trinity Ridge is the sole caretaker of our animals now and has been for the last year or two. The staff is friendly, the veterinarian is knowledgeable and skillful, and the location is great. Would highly recommend these folks to anyone in the area.

Trinity Ridge Animal Health gives our Wesson the best care. Dr Mike has helped our pup with hair loss that many other vets (and many overspent dollars) in Charleston could not solve before we moved back to the upstate and began care at TRAH. Wesson is healthy and his coat is now beautiful and supple. I am grateful for his knowledge and care as well as the compassionate bedside manor from him and his entire team. They are so patient and guiding any time we have a question and that's an invaluable attribute to the overall care of our furbaby. #theWesson

We are new to the area and my Miniature Schnauzer never had grass, in the city. What looked to be mange ended up being an allergy to either our new environment in the country or the food is that she's been eating for years. Dr. Patterson spent a lot of time with Lacey, examining her for mites or fleas or some other concern. I was very pleased with his mannerism and professionalism. I'm glad to have found a new veterinarian for my dogs

It was our very first visit and we have found our vet. She was AMAZING! Broke everything down where I understood. She is awesome and the staff was super sweet and kind! Trinity Animal Ridge was recommended by Bailey's breeder, Dennis Caruso. They have seen Bailey since he was born and now have taken over Geoffry's care as well. All the staff from the ladies at check in, assistants, vets and helpers are all so caring and kind and very reasonably priced. They have been awesome!!!

Great vet. HAs successfully treated some difficult conditions. Multi animal vet. Treats large animals! Does emergency farm calls. Hope they grow in the future to be able to have emergency rotations. Lauren's needs that. wonderful staff. They all love animals here. Have been a customer since doors opened. Love them!
