This place was amazing. It was perfect warm food during the cold, everything you could tell was fresh and homemade. The staff was so welcoming and nice. They had the best bread ever!!!! On the menu is says the spaghetti is spicy but it's not spicy at all, so it was perfect for all of us. You can tell the noodles were made from scratch, and everything tasted so rich and fresh. Best pasta I've ever had. The portions are great too. I loved the seating inside and everything about here. Would recommend coming here to everyone I know!!

Pricy but really good, great service, cozy feel to the place (it's big though!) and great food. I guess one minor complaint is the menu is kinda limited in some ways and I wish they had a special or two. But everything we ate was really tasty and well prepared. The pasta course we did reminded me of my last trip to Zermat which is close to italian border and every place makes home made noodles. Service was really attentive and paced the meal and drinks beautifully. It's park city so I guess throwing down 150 per person for a meal isn't too off the rails. And I'd imagine this

We enjoyed our dinner, but I'm not sure I would go back. Certainly short-staffed, but every restaurant seems to be now.

We were sat at the four top closest to the host stand. They probably should not use that table when it's 10 or 20 degrees out. The frequent blasts of cold air from the opening and closing of the front door not only were uncomfortable, but were enough to chill our food.

The food was fine, but none of us were terribly impressed. For the price you pay, you'd expect better. Portion sizes were on the smaller side, even for a nicer restaurant.

The cocktails

Food was very good. Drinks were ok - the twisted Negroni is probably the smallest cocktail I've ever seen. Unlike the many reviews, our service was extremely disappointing. I did see another server giving wonderful service to her tables. I might return -- but doubtful.

Zach was an exceptional server and the food was 5.5 ⭐️’s. The lemon aioli inside of a lemon (in addition to marinara) for the calamari was a nice surprise too.

Really nice atmosphere. Service was excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. Standouts were the eggplant Parmesan and the spaghetti Arabitata. This would be my number one choice on my return to Park City

By far the best restaurant we’ve been to in a long time! The ambience was very romantic and cozy. Our waitress Betsi was super personable and attentive. And the food was DELICIOUS! My husband had the bolognese and I had the eggplant parm… both were incredible. If we were visiting Park City for longer, we would have went twice!

Grappa was lovely. It was so cozy and romantic on a cold winter night. The food was delicious. Someone at our table didn't eat red meat, and the kitchen was out of some of the ingredients in the only pasta without red meat. So our server, Bobby, helped us come up with a custom pasta alternative consisting of the hen from the other part of the menu on top of a pasta with vegetables. Bobby was fantastic, attentive, funny, and made all of us so happy. He even ran down the three floors and down the icy stairs outside to give us a beanie that one of us had accidentally left inside as we were leaving

Let me just start by saying the service here was incredible. Our server Riley couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was also nice.

That's about where it ends for Grappa because the food was laughably awful for the price point. I'm honestly sitting here reading the reviews completely unable to understand how the food here could be so praised. The calamari tasted like something you would scoop out of a Vegas buffet tray, the mushroom soup was close to being tasty but was over salted, and my entree the spaghetti with meatballs wouldn't have passed the taste

Incredible food and a great intimate atmosphere! The service was spectacular and the food was divine!

When in park city and you want a nice meal, I'd definitely say this is worth the hype! Get the Bolognese Bianca it is divine!!! We loved our experience here!

Homemade pasta was excellent. We also had the filet that was perfectly cooked. Great atmosphere. And the staff was speedy quick. Never missed refilling our drinks and getting our food out timely.

An Italian masterpiece! We decided to eat here for our 15th anniversary and we were both very happy with our choice. On entry we greeted with some of the kindest, warm staff we have ever met at such an upscale restaurant. We were immediately seated with no wait. Our waiter David, was prompt and polite with service. His recommendations and input into the menu and service were paramount to our experience. We started with the fondue which after our last fondue experience in Canada (not a very good one) Grappa has hit a home run appetizer, make sure to order this amazing delicacy. For main course

We had a mixed experience. For the pros: The inside is beautiful. I absolutely loved the atmosphere. The service was also fantastic : our waitress was very helpful. The bread service and the fondue we ordered were delicious.

However, our main entrees didn't taste very good at all. The Grappa's Osso Bucco was extremely salty to the point where it was inedible. The Spaghetti Arrabiata was also underwhelming. For 60 and 38 dollars respectively, they were both disappointing and overpriced.

What makes up for it is the incredible service. We complained about the Grappa's Osso Bucco

Lovely place with a beautiful romantic interior and good food. Their menu was not vegan friendly, however upon mention of that the waitress offered to create a custom pasta dish for me which was lovely. I ended up getting pasta with a rich marinara sauce, broccolini, roasted red peppers and garlic. It was phenomenal.

Only downside was the state of the women's bathroom. I'll leave that at that.

My absolute favorite Italian restaurant in Utah. Their service is amazing and always the best place to celebrate anything. The eggplant Parmesan is something to die for. They have an amazing selection of vegetarian options. Always willing to customize based on your needs. The dipping sauce with the bread is the best one I've had, make sure to try that. The decor and the ambience is amazing! I personally love to sit on their patio, it's breathtaking.

Fantastic place. Husband and I dined here (my first time, he's been here before) and we enjoyed everything. Great cocktails, even with a Utah pour, and good wines! They have a $40 dinner special right now that you must simply take advantage of.

The brussels sprouts, mushroom soup, and roasted hen were great! Arrabbiata was on the non-traditional side, but still good. And the bruschetta...oh, so good.

What really made this visit great was the service. Zach, our server, was incredibly professional and funny, attentive, and all around worth coming back for. Request him if you can!

The food was great. Service good as well. But we left our bag there with a bottle of wine in it and when we went back to get it, it was gone. Also if it's your anniversary they won't do anything special. (just FYI) it was ours and the only thing special that happened was our bag and wine disappeared. We went back once we noticed but that was about an hour later. So who knows. We did talk with the manager and they said nothing was returned. Oh well. It was a good place with pretty scenery but I won't go there again.

We LOVE Grappa. Whenever family visits, we always recommend this place. We went to PC for a family trip and KNEW we would need to visit. Everything was fabulous. The location is so beautiful at the top of Main. The service was great. We visited with our 6 year old son, and our server did a great job coursing everything to keep us and our son happy. The food is top notch. I've ordered the pork belly as a starter and my main before because I love it so Much. This time we went with a couple pasta dishes, and the scallop risotto. Everything was top notch. We also LOVE the grape salad. They split

Wow. What an amazing atmosphere. Very romantic and quaint. Our waitress, Betsi, was so sweet and took great care of us. The food was superb. We had the Caesar salad, double order of the crab ravioli and the spaghetti. Everything was delicious! Would 100% recommend for a special celebration or date night, but be sure to make reservations and bring a sweater, it will get chilly at night.

We’re in town for the first time and decided to try Grappa, and couldn’t be more impressed. Bobby was our server, and hit all the sequence of service points. He has extensive knowledge of the menu, made recommendations, thoughtful conversation and meaningful interactions. Our meal was amazing, the main course being grilled lamb chops and spaghetti arrabbiata, but let’s not forget to mention the mushroom soup, by far the most delightful soup we’ve ever had. Living in a city (Las Vegas) where service is important, we have high expectations and I’m delighted to say that Bobby didn’t disappoint

From beginning to end, my experience at Grappa was 5/5! Amazing.

Beginning with the homemade rosemary focaccia bread to dip in creamy balsamic, I was expecting great things from this restaurant. Then the variety of textures in the Cesar salad (which was brought out first) left me perfectly satisfied. But the grand finale was...

The Roasted Game Hen Marsala pasta. I LOVED it. The meat was tender and flavorful, the pasta was delicious, and the roasted Brussels sprouts added a nice touch.

Fun ambiance, kind and efficient service (our waitress Betsy was awesome!) made for a perfect evening out

I would like to start off by saying SHAWN did an amazing job with serving us. Food was good for Park City, coming from Los Angeles our expectations are high. Shawn's recommendations were delicious. Our favorite dishes were the Osso Bucco and Fettuccine Alfredo made with hand cut pasta.

Only thing I would suggest is that staff need to be trained on pouring sparkling and still water. Remember glass half full but 3/4 of the way or 80% is too much.

First time at grappa and it was amazing! Bobby our server was entertaining, would definitely come back and ask for him specifically. He has lots of personality! Not pictures but we had calamari and it was delicious with the dipping sauce.

The wine pictured was so delicious I've been trying to find it in stores and no luck. It taste like candy! We both got steak, mine was the filet and his was the strip. The strip was cooked and tasted better. Lastly we got some lemon dessert with mixed berries. It was small but good. Overall I really loved my experience! Also Halsey the singer was in the

My friends and I went here to celebrate an upcoming wedding and had a great experience! We had to wait around 30 minutes for our reserved table, BUT our waiter Bobby was fantastic and absolutely made up for it!

I have revisited this restaurant a couple of times since then and the food has been consistently delicious. You can't go wrong ordering the scallops for dinner (so much flavor!), but make sure to save room for the dessert- specifically, the citrus polenta cake. It's incredible.
