Me and my partner were so excited to try Ginger Street for a date night, and we left feeling completely underwhelmed. The food was mediocre at best, and there was really no flavor at all. I had gotten the chicken sandwich and my partner got the green curry.
The chicken sandwich had no flavor at all, It’s almost like the chefs have no idea what seasoning is, and think that jalapeño spices are enough to flavor the sandwich.
The green curry was beyond bland. The vegetables were so soggy and the chicken also had zero flavor. The best part of the dish was the rice that comes with it, and they don’t

Food is less than desirable. Have tried it a few times and every time very underwhelmed and disappointed. Service is okay but have had bills messed up on multiple occasions. Don’t get the wine it is very new/vinegary and was a very small pour. Space is boho and open. Great attention to detail with custom single use chopsticks and cloth napkins. Smaller portions even for “large” plates.

One of my funnest dining experiences! Ginger street esthetically hit the mark on the style and vibe.
I got curry with tofu and it was amazing!
I also loved the lamps and the lighting. I like that they use a lot of neon to brighten up and stand out!
I've seen the side sign for like soft serve which maybe they do?? That would be rad but I haven't found any yet.

Great flavors generally but bad portions. Not worth it. We ordered the $18 “family meal” called Waterfall Beef Tataki and a few other items from door dash and we literally got maybe 6-7 thin small slices of beef and one thin sliced onion. We’ve ordered many times from Ginger street and the portions just keep getting smaller and the prices get higher. Maybe it’s different in person but we won’t be ordering from here again.

Passed by this weekend and it didn't disappoint! I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles and my wife ordered the Thai Basil Chicken. The Dan Dan Noodles were amazing, and very spicy. I like spicy food and I still struggled a little with this one, but the flavor was great. The Thai Basil Chicken was also flavorful, but could have used a bit more rice with the dish. The Ginger Beer was the best I ever had, had some sort of citrus added to it, and it was needed to give me a break from the spice of the noodles.
Can't wait to go back and try more!

The food was great. The ambiance was fantastic. Has a nice vibe to it. The photos on Yelp of their menus are all outdated. They will not have most of what you see here. I would recommend going in person and choosing what you want to avoid disappointment.
The fried rice was excellent. The ginger beer was more of a lemonade - this was somewhat very disappointing. The spicy noodles were great. The dumplings were good too.

I have driven by this place so many times and finally went and it was AMAZING. I love the style of the space and it’s very cozy and clean. They had many different options for seating- booth like tables, long tables with benches, outdoor seating, etc. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was so delicious. We had their chicken pad tai and orange chicken and both were high quality dishes. Looking forward to coming here in the future

We were visiting the area for the night and in need of some type of cuisine other than Mexican after spending a week in the Southwest so we stumbled across Ginger Street on Yelp. The atmosphere is young and friendly and we were seated quickly. It definitely has a more laid-back, fast-casual feel to it which we loved. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the red curry and though the curry was good, I'd especially recommend the chicken sandwich. The food was all super fresh and since we were sitting near the service window we could also see that everything coming out looked really consistent

We went for Sunday brunch so we had their weekend brunch menu. Ordered the chicken sandwich, kimchi fried rice, pork buns, and cha yen (Thai tea basically)
Chicken sandwich () was really yummy, chicken was seasoned well (arguably a little salty but not for me hehe), and the toppings gave it a lot more flavor. Definitely something I'd get again and recommend! (Also it was like $7 which is like $3 less than this chicken sandwich place nearby so like hell yeah this is my favorite chicken sandwich place now)
If I had to be picky I'd say a little too much basil in the sandwich, which was

"It does NOT say RSVP on the Statue of Liberty!"... the second a noticed this poster on the wall behind where we were seated I had a feeling I was going to love this place. I have been wanted to give it a try for some time. Our food was so yummy. The only reason I am not giving all 5 stars is because we were seated by the door... and I witnessed 2 groups of people come in and no one was at the front... after waiting for a while they ended up leaving. I couldn't see a server in site. The restaurant was not full at all. We did not have this problem but I was sad to see poor service

This was a great, little find in Salt Lake City...an Asian fusion restaurant specializing in street-style foods - both tapa and entree-sized plates.
Though the place was surprisingly small, I especially loved its gorgeous, bohemian ambiance with various seating arrangements. Great seatings too!
I had their specialty Orange Chicken, with a side order of Pork Buns to share. My husband ordered Yellow Curry, and my son ordered their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Thoroughly Delicious! In some ways, this place reminds me of Hawkers, but with a much condensed menu.
Gotta say that I was a tad disappointed

I used to think that I didn't like spicy food. It turns out that I was just always eating the wrong spicy food. It took me almost 40 years, but I finally found the good stuff. (Spoiler alert-it's here. At Ginger Street.)
My wife and I wanted to celebrate Valentine's Day a little early to avoid the crowds, and we wanted to try something new. I found this restaurant on Yelp and selected it based on a few things:
1) reviews were fantastic (duh)
2) location was near where we would be that night
3) they offered reservations through Yelp
Those were all important factors and I was

Have been wanting to try this place for awhile! The pad Thai is good, the flavor and sauce was PERFECT (which might sound odd but a lot of places do too much sauce or do too much of a 'teriyaki' flavor and this place did it right), the noodles were a bit aldente but it works because if they are too soft, it's kind of weird... haha.
The chicken Sammy is great! I looooove the idea of papaya salad on top and it tastes sooo fresh mixing the veggies, cilantro and fried chicken. I will say, I feel like of the fried chicken ended up being a lot of fried pieces and not a whole lot of chicken

I had high expectations for Ginger Street (based on foodie friends' recommendations and the owner's reputation). Our expectations were exceeded in every way.
When you walk in you could not feel more comfortable, and at the same time energized, in the down-to-earth and eclectic space that is so stylishly brought together (we wanted to walk out with the white washed, hand-carved, footed bench that sat across from our booth).
We ordered more than we needed just because we wanted to try so much. The waffle topped with real-fruit berry sauce and whipped cream was crispy on the outside
