This is a cool little place. It has 11 rooms that vary from a single wide (likely without a kitchenette) to what I would call a mini suite. The hotel is adults only. It has a decent pool (well kept) and a hot tub (closed when we were there because of covid). It's almost close enough to downtown Palm Springs that you could walk. I plan to make this place one of main stays in PS.

Super cozy because not that big. Instead it has every detail you need: a nice pool in a beautifully planted common outside area. It even has an patio misting system! Inside your room you have an AC, ceiling fan, TV, fridge, microwave and a beautiful and clean bathroom with an awesome rain shower. The host Jim is also super friendly and helpful and gives you precious tips.
PS: don’t miss the poolside happy hour with a free and tasty cocktail

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the weekend! On our first night here, we enjoyed the complimentary happy hour along with the company of Maya, the hotel dog, who curled up at my feet on the lawn chair by the pool. The next morning as we were heading out to Joshua Tree, we ran into Jim, the owner, who happened to have a useful guide of hikes for us to borrow, so we didn't have to stop by the visitor center to figure out where to go when we got there. Other things we loved were the fire pit, proximity to the shuttle to down-town, the quiet location, and the fact that there was no resort fee
