This is a great hotel. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice. The breakfast was great, with all the usual hot and cold items and a chef making omelets to order. They have a kettle of soup with bread available gratis in the evenings. They also do Manager's specials in the afternoons with a free glass of wine, etc.
We encountered some threatening weather approaching and decided to cut our visit short by one night and getting the last night removed from our reservation was no problem at all.

Customer service at this venue is about the best I've seen at this type of setting. Every encounter felt as though my needs were most important. The rooms are in excellent shape and are clean. Don't let the gutted out van and boarded up Burger King in the street in front of the hotel dissuade you from lodging at this location! Once inside you'll be pleased. Thank you for a great experience!

11.06.2021 11pm got scolded for coming in too late by a greeter. Everything past that moment has been sub par. Horrible experience.
Edit: I woke up to parts missing off my car and the next case had its window smashed. There are tents everywhere around this hotel.
Food here is good though. Only positive.

My best staying by far!!! Even though me and my family made a last time reservation we had an good experience, the rooms, the service, also the buffet and bar and the parking it’s cool! The only issue was the ice machines, I’ve had to get ice on the lobby but other than that it’s an amazing place. We would make our reservation again if we go back to Portland

Highly recommend ~ we will be back! Megan was a joy and got us checked in and set up quickly. The room we stayed in was renovated, light and bright. Great rainfall showerhead in the bathroom. All the staff members were friendly and kind. There was an on site dog run, which we were so thankful for. Great grounds and surrounding areas for walking dogs. We ate at the bar and restaurant several nights and everything was delicious. So thankful for such a lovely stay!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Starting with Amber. She answered the phone professionally and courteously. Answered all of our questions and made sure she met all of our needs. We got to our room, which was well appointed, clean and comfortable! The beds were the most comfortable of all the rooms we had stayed in for our week in OR. The pillows were an equal match. 🙂 We asked for suggestions on a restaurant to eat at and Amber suggested their in-house restaurant and a few of her favorite items.
