The location of Central Park is strategically located near three highways and the trolley. I can walk my dog without leaving the property and feel quite safe at night with the good lighting. It's walking distance from a large market for shopping.

I've lived here for almost 4 years and didn't have the most positive experience until the most recent owners took over. It's a very pretty, quiet, pet friendly area with exceptional response from the maintenance team. The neighbors are pleasant and also seem happy in the complex. My only complaint is that I have the carpets professionally cleaned about every 3 months because the carpets desperately need replaced/removed and I've asked for this for the past year with the response that I'd need to move out to have them replaced. My carpet was NOT new when I moved in and the thought of living on carpet

I've been here for almost two years and I absolutely love this complex. The front office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Every single maintenance request I've had has always was dealt with promptly. I feel very safe at this complex and residents are very friendly. The complex is right next to a park and in walking distance to grocery stores. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in La Mesa!

I like the internal layouts, plus the guesthouse is always nice. They have a pool and jacuzzi which are super nice. Always plenty of parking.

This is such a well-kept community and is just across the street from the trolley so you can get places for really easily all over San Diego County. There are lots of trees and greenery on the premises which makes this community feel very pastoral. It's a great place to live for all ages.

For the past few weeks I was looking at all the apartments, townhouses and condos in the area. Its amazing how many places I found that I wouldn't even come close to living in. I take into account everything from management and how active they are to the quality of the living spaces and the upkeep of the landscaping. The newly remodeled units are awesome. Central Park is by far the most livable environments I have found in La Mesa. They truly do care about the community and are making it safe and enjoyable for everyone. If there was a blueprint to follow this would be it.
