This place has BELOW ZERO ratings. Have you heard of "raising the bar?" Well don't bother, THIS BAR IS ON THE FLOOR! A word to the wise AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Where do I begin ?
1. Management is HORRIBLE ! The manager at this complex, is named John. John's management skills need a lot of work. First and foremost, John is pushing 70-75 years old, YET he was placed in charge as the manager and the ONLY maintenance man for the ENTIRE complex! THE ONLY ONE! I'm going to leave that right there.
John has a bad habit of not answering the phone. My roommate and I had tried to reach him on several occasions

Lived here for a few years. Would not recommend to anyone else. Legit every two month I had a drainage issue with my bathroom, which was always a short fix using drainO or a snake. Happened EVERY TWO MONTHS. Aside from them raising the rent each year you renew your lease & management rarely on-site. When leaving, I payed my early termination fee, on top of the pro rated rent, which is perfectly fine. My deposit was not fully refunded after living at this complex for almost 4 years. When inquiring about my deposit, I was told the carpets had stains. Carpet cleaning was NEVER offered, was only used

Been living here for 2 years and the management here is horrible I had several issues where they said I didn't pay all my rent when I clearly paid over. I wanted to talk to the property manager but the person in charge told me I couldn't have his number and I had to refer to the information email to try and get a response. They have a big roach infestation there which led me to move as a military member I wouldn't recommend anyone move here

This place is really cute and quiet. They allow (small) dogs which I needed since I have one. the manager John is hilarious and helpful, any time I have a maintenance with my unit he gets to it fast. they've been doing upgrades around the complex like painting the parking lot. the only thing I would change are the inconsiderate people that don't pick up after their dogs! pick up after them, there are doggy bags there on purpose just for that reason!!!

Worst place, this place sucks. Wired parking rules, how come I can't park how I want? Got a ticket just for backing into MY SPOT!!!! The stuff only cares about money. I moved out early and asked them take me off lease, they didn't and now chase after me for money for damage caused after I moved, and just because I'm the "good guy", easy to talk to??? What the hell!!! The apartment is noisy and neighbors are wierdos. The stupid family lived downstairs saying we were loud and party all the time but we were so quiet, they even used a stick to knock on our floor at midnight, when i slept!!! Who is
