I’ve been living at these apartments for about 3 years now. These apartments are incredible.. the amount of work the staff puts in to ensure their residents are taken care of is amazing. I’ve had things to come up as far as regular maintenance and the staff takes care of it right away and that’s very important.. hence why I’m still with them. It’s located in a great location and easy access to the freeway I-8..never had any complaints with any neighbors everyone here is truly respectful and I have never seen a single cop car for resident issues. But they do patrol the area and this complex

Unclear and inconsistent information given on availability, details, application process, etc. I didn't feel comfortable with the information I received or when I received it. I passed on this property because I got a lot of misinformation and run around which I felt was intentional. It was pretty weird. I also felt uneasy about the location. When you see it, you'll understand what I'm saying. Good luck to you.

Pros: New, modern apartment complex with beautiful landscaping, cameras throughout the community and parking areas that are reviewed often, timely maintenance, pet friendly, large dog run, easy access to freeways, and only a short distance from food and shopping.
Cons: There is a bit of freeway noise and frequent encounters with homeless people in the area, but kind of unavoidable in San Diego. Rent a car garage if possible.
